dbm, redundant
I know alittle bit (but not much) about bitcoin, but can anyone please explain how HL would have the kind of access to see activity in the account? Would be able to see if it was a deposit or withdrawal?Newsflash: TMZ owner says on CNN he saw activity in the bitcoin account 12 min ago
Perhaps they are tracking it somehow? As the money moved into the account perhaps they waited to trace who accessed it locally? Could explain the swat movements.
Yes, @tricia has approved Fox News only for this thread. Is Fox News Digital an approved source? They have some news published on X about new blood droplets found beyond porch. Can I post, or has someone else already posted about this? The thread is moving so fast, I have been gone most of the day and so much has been posted that I am out of the loop.
Activity in the account! A deposit. HL being interviewed on CNN right now. Just made the statement. Same account as in first letter.
I'm so surprised they would send now! When it looks like they may be closing in soon...Wonder what prompted that? Hopefully not a threat or another threat, whichever applies!Activity in the account! I was just thinking the same thing! Especially with the helicopters up.May coincide with the fact that it looks like the authorities are closing in on the culprit(s).
Everything seems to be coming to a head. Reminds of when they found the Boston Marathon bombers.
Thank you!Yes. The Sheriff Nanos stated this explicitly early on that they were working with the company cause she didn't have an active subscription (could have lapsed) adding difficulty getting the footage.
Nest dug this off their servers after days. If anything this proves that they store your footage on their server they have it regardless what they tell you when you don't have access to it with no subscription.
Poor guy, he was just delivering a pizza!Did anyone mention this yet? But the pizza guy who delivered a pizza today to Nancy Guthrie's house looks eerily similar to man captured on nest camera... same face, mustache, build, and walk!
She apparently wore hearing aides. They are removed at night because they pick up noises from a pillow and your ear being there. So, doubtful she heard much. However, old people get up in the night to use the bathroom - always. She may have realized an intruder then.I don’t she did. I think she may have woken up to noises, removal of camera or something. Her front door had two glass panels on each side; she would have seen him on her porch. I think someone came in the back of the house and surprised her.
FWIW, Harvey Levin on CNN just now reported the photos became available this morning and now there is activity in the bitcoin account.
think he has pulled string of lights from plants near front entry to cover doorbell camera not flowers? He's using flowers to cover the doorbell cam? And if he is carrying a cell as others have suggested, this guy is no genius. I don't think he is a criminal mastermind. Shades of Bryan Kohberger.
If true, it could simply be that it took a while to transfer the money. Large amounts of money have to clear digital hurdles whether via banks, coinbase, whatever.I'm so surprised they would send now! When it looks like they may be closing in soon...Wonder what prompted that? Hopefully not a threat or another threat, whichever applies!
I wonder if the recovery of that camera footage led the family to pay the ransom? An additional undisclosed message from the alleged kidnapper?
For example, one can put a BTC wallet address here, and track all transactions and verifications pertaining to that wallet address (just not a name, only the numeric wallet address) https://www.blockchain.com/explorerPerhaps they are tracking it somehow? TMZ received the initial ransom note that included the account number. They have monitoring the account for activity, using something like Block Chain. You can see the amount in the account, but not the account holder.I know alittle bit (but not much) about bitcoin, but can anyone please explain how HL would have the kind of access to see activity in the account?
