Does anyone know how far a pacemaker has to be from a phone before it disconnects?

One thing that trips me up is the 1:47 to 2:28 time frame. That's an awful long time for kidnappers to remain in the house. Especially if the place wasn't ransacked or showing signs of robbery. What were they doing that whole time? I can't imagine it would take long to subdue a frail, elderly woman and squirrel her out of there?
My understanding is it is a Bluetooth connection. So however far that distance is.

Does anyone have a theory about the driveway, the garage location, if house was accessed in the back-- and why front camera was tampered with at all, if all activity were taking place on the side or rear of house? Is it possible down front walk to waiting vehicle was simply the fastest, shortest way to remove NG? (That enclosed entrance shields alot.). But perps entered from rear or side? -- Does anyone know how close houses were to NG's at the rear or side? I've been to this area in the past and houses can be staggered on varying levels, on hills and canyons. I haven't seen exact location of house.

From Google:

The Bluetooth connection between a pacemaker and a phone app typically cuts out around 10 to 30 feet.

Leaning towards this. If this was the plan, and she passed immediately from shock, could explain why the prep was in the house for so long. Awaiting further instructions? Freaking out and trying to figure out what to do with the body?

EVERYONE, RIGHT NOW, what is the maximum amount you can take in ONE day from your ATM? Check it! It's around 1200 dollars give or take. NO ONE would go to this elaborate extent with guns, full body disguise, and loaded backpack to take someone to an ATM for that amount. Additionally, going to an ATM exposes faces from that camera too. NOT an ATM robbery. IMO

Watching the LE search of the neighborhood yesterday I saw a woman with two dogs on leashes walking with the officers. She even had them sniff a shed at one of the locations.
Ooh good! I missed that. I was thinking maybe they aren't taking them out because of the terrain and the stickers, prickers, poker thingys on the cacti.

that was my thought, may have been easiest to remove NG by the front door, regardless of how they initially gained entrance to the home.

yours doesn't account for the extreme stupidity of some criminals. JMO your points are good ones, but I don't discount the fact that some people are just plain dumb and dangerous.

I'm curious whether or not NG actually answered the front door or if the intruder actually didn't get in and went to the back door and forced his way in order to gain entrance.

I believe there were photos early on of a floodlight near the back door that was broken and hanging down.

Obviously it would have had to of been fairly quickly as to not give NG time to dial 911 unless she didn't hear the nest alert. moo

Edited to add: Obviously they had to of likely at least exited thru the front door due to the blood etc. But just something I've been wondering about.
Wondered what are the lights in the distance? is it a waiting car., You can see some reflection of something in the road in the 1st photo that the fbi released. maybe front door was planned.

The private helicopter was a suggestion, I didn’t say anything about gondolas - that was another user - (but did ask if there were any rivers in the area).

As for the “animal attack”, I suggested animals could have eaten her body, not that she died because of an animal attack.

It’s simply a case of looking at the case from a different angle. I apologise if it has confused or upset anybody.
I’m not piling on . I think you’re doing fine. I do agree with OP that we don’t need any confusion on such a fast moving thread. I’ve NEVER seen one move this fast. Maybe say “ I’m just speculating “ in your posts . We ALL speculate and throw out theories on here.
We who have been here longer should be using shorthand for that so newer users will see it and pick it up. I think some of us have forgotten to do that due to the speed of the thread. ( MOO )
Examples:

IMO =. In my opinion
JMO = Just my Opinion
IMHO = In my honest opinion
MOO = My Own Opinion.

Hope this helps! I remember when new members would ask “ why is everyone Moo-ing ? “. Lol ;)

Very true! Maybe the interest was in a bitcoin ATM. Several several several pages back, someone found a couple in the area.

unlikely, but everything in this case seems so odd.

Looking like he was coming from the yard ... not straight up the walkway.. wasn't there a roof camera on the front?
As much as we'd like, he wouldn't park in the camera's view and walk straight up to the door.

Glad SG brought in a private investigator. Pima police are not going to get this done.

ITA the person on the camera could have cut the internet cable going into the house and that would have disabled the camera I think

I’m not American and have not studied your geography, so I’m not sure how I was supposed to know this.
Lots of drone videos of her neighborhood and house that will show you the only water around is in the swimming pools : )
