I do not have “brain fog” when I wake up.

I have read/heard nothing about a neighbor taking her to church.

I understood from reading evidence/information she attended Mass via the internet, an online link.
It was reported here at WS a couple hundred posts back that she attended virtual church services at SG's church in NY. A group of local friends would get together to watch at one person's house. One of this group was supposed to pick NG up to attend this group viewing. I will look for the OP.

Thanks for this update and link, @MassGuy .
LE seem to keep focusing on the sister AG and by default, the SIL ?
Just an observation.
Omo.
Seems like LE picked up mail and left.

I'm thinking the family can't access their own home because of all the attention and people.

If I recall, BE originally reported (several days ago) that there was a blood trail going from the front door, down to the sidewalk to where it hits the drive/road. I think for some of us here since the beginning, it was on the first few pages of the thread. He noticed it as soon as they released the scene....the first time.
Thank you-I'm going to edit my comment now. When I was replying to another poster, I found out I was wrong about it being new info.

Sorry if this has been posted before and sad to write this. I think the SIL is involved. I think she was taken and killed and hidden in.the desert. Why not in.the house? So the house would not be a murder/crime scene. Perhaps done for an early inheritance. MOO of course any thoughts?

Or that they are bad at this...now per BE they are back again at AG's house...repeat review again.
Rhetorical question but what is driving them to search the AG home so many times (are we up to four times now?)? There must be a reason that magnetizes them in this direction... But not enough for any other action. Very curious. MOO

2 agents just came out of AG's house, again, and again carrying a brown and potentially other (evidence type) bag.

They could honestly just be retrieving some needed items and the mail for the family since they are staying elsewhere. No telling.
That's true. They seemed to come and go quickly.

As expected, the release of that video last night led to thousands of new tips. Here’s the latest from PCSD:

Today: The Pima County Sheriff’s Department and the FBI continue to follow up on all leads. We thank the media and the public for the thousands of tips submitted through the various tip lines. PCSD alone has received nearly 18,000 calls since February 1 - more than 4,000 of those in the last 24 hours.Several hundred detectives and agents are currently assigned to this case, and you will continue to see increased law enforcement activity throughout Pima County as the investigation expands.Investigators are working around the clock. We encourage anyone with actionable information to contact 1-800-CALL-FBI or the PCSD non-emergency line at 520-351-4900.Subject Detained: One adult male detained Tuesday afternoon for questioning has been released after speaking with investigators. This detention was part of follow-up on incoming leads. As with any investigation, we do not release the identities of individuals who are detained and later released without charges.Note(s): The FBI is handling all aspects related to any ransom note(s) or communications involving the Guthrie family. Any inquiries regarding this matter should be directed to the FBI Public Affairs Office.Briefings / Interviews: There are no press briefings scheduled at this time. Sheriff Nanos is not conducting one-on-one interviews and remains the sole department spokesperson. Should a significant development occur, a press conference will be called, and you will be notified via email and our @pimasheriff X account.

That is interesting and it's something I've been considering. Most people are sure this is motivated by money/ransom, and maybe it is, and probably still the most likely motive, but I'll say it doesn't fit the typical ransom case.

No clear line of communication. No proof of life. Why haven't they provided this by now? Why haven't they given some type of definitive proof they are the actual kidnappers? I mean, we're almost two weeks into this and LE still doesn't know with 100% certainty the ransom notes are from the actual kidnappers.

The fact that this case doesn't exhibit the usual steps that ransom cases take has left the door open for me that there is some other motive here. And one of those possibilities I wondered about was did Savannah Guthrie have some obsessed stalker fan... he went to that house expecting to kidnap Savannah and not her mother? He was surprised about who was inside, and then kidnapped her as some sort of demented consolation prize? This doesn't seem super likely either, because I figure if someone was after Savannah and didn't find her there, they'd just flee. But nothing about this case fits the typical makings of what you usually see in these types of cases.
Yes, thank you, I omitted money/ransom. That's the obvious motive and entirely possible. But there are countless wealthy grandmothers he/they could have preyed upon. They chose the mother of a relatively well-known TV personality. Why? Did they know who she is? Did they want this media attention?

Possibly looking for evidence this mornings message sender did in fact try to contact AG? just speculative.

I wish we knew what exactly is leading them towards AG or SIL. So, so much time spent searching and photographing her house and her neighborhood. Maybe they’re just trying to cover all their bases, but it still seems like so much? Is this level of scrutiny and searching standard? Hours spent every day 😕

I hope they’re not involved, so I hope it is just standard…
Just wrote something similar.. I agree. For example, have they searched the other sibling's house like this? MOO

Yes, as I said. She attended Online Mass via the internet. Not going to a physical church building, with the altar and priest and congregants.

I hope they looked at her wifi router to see if his phone tried to sync. There woukd have been some type of data packets they might could recover.
I would have to color him really dumb if in fact he kept his cell phone on his person while committing this crime. JMOO

It is puzzling why they keep going back. You'd think they would have completed anything they needed to do there by now.
without encouraging sluething anyone who shouldn't be, I believe the couple have minor children, so perhaps games, toys or other items they just decided were needed.

With no time stamps it is impossible to determine. It could be that the pic with no backpack was taken a long time before anything even happened. It could have even been before NG arrived home for all we know. In fact, all the footage could be from before she came home, although removing the camera would be risky unless the perp knew for sure that she'd enter the house through the garage. Otherwise, she likely would have noticed the missing camera and not gone in the house. The perp obviously removed NG via the front door, thus the blood, and that's why they removed the camera beforehand.
There has been some discussion on the time stamp today. Apparently Kash Patel has narrowed the video the the 2-amish point (anyone have a link pls?) so the larger time window has also been narrowed down. Strange they never gave a timestamp or just announced the time up front but it seems they didn't know exactly so maybe a corruption on the server they dug deep to get to (remember that was mentioned in the initial press release).
