I logged off last night after they detained the man in Rio Rico, saw a Brian Entin update saying the man had been released, and now am just back seeing the updates regarding LE removing items from AG's home... it's been a wild 24 hours... Thank you so much to people posting updates from Twitter/X feeds as I don't have it!

Curious if, in the many pages of the past 12 or so hours, there was ever any understanding of what the man detained in Rio Rico had to do with it?
I'm 50/50 on: 1) he was in no way related to the crime and maybe delivered NG a package once which resulted in his DNA being nearby and maybe had a nosy neighbor that tipped LE off on a "similar" appearance (which I disagree with) OR 2) he was an accessory in the crime in some way possibly not even knowing it was related to NG and LE got more information from him (sort of like a plea deal but less formal - not sure what that would be called) to lead to the bigger fish involved and let him go. Odd though that they apparently asked him no questions, which makes 2) seem... less likely. It would also attract probably unwanted attention but then again maybe LE wants to provoke the perp(s) more now.

If he's truly innocent, wow, what a terrible experience for him and his family. I hope LE would compensate them for the damage to their home.

I think wherever LE thinks NG may be, it would be more obvious? Dogs, choppers, ground search... I didn't see any of that in Rio Rico and I don't think we're seeing it in Tucson.
Carlos, the man detained in Rio Rico interviewed. As far as reason for being detained, he said all he knows his is eyes might have resembled the person in the video and he delivers packages in the Tucson area.

Isn’t a football field 100 yards ?
Yes. From goal line to goal line it is 100 yards. It is actually 120 yards if you count both endzones.

I've seen a lot of discussion about her trash cans.

Here's a closeup of one from your photo above - cropped.
I think I noticed her trash cans were by the curb in some of the first photos released. I am not for sure though. They are black. This one may be used for picking up yard debris. EDIT. I think im confusing current photos with county assessor photos. County assessor photo is where I saw two black trash cans at curb. Sorry. I do believe they are black though,

Then why searching brush in that immediate neighborhood?
Why going door to door asking neighbors for cam footage?
Why are they wearing rubber gloves leaving AGs house with the bag today? (just saw the footage)

btw MSM is starting to ask these questions now, one reporter said it doesn't make sense cause it's not like AG's house has become a home base or area for them to be, yet they keep coming back searching, and wearing evidence kits.
I'm not concerned with multiple visits to AG's home. There's often a lot of back and forth with witnesses and victims. AG is both. What does concern me is the scrutiny paid to her neighborhood and the supposed removal of evidence from her home. Something is leading them in that direction.

Has the possibility of a “bite light” been discussed? The 1st appears to be a light in the mouth & the reflective part of the back pack on either side, 2nd they use the light to pull flowers, 3rd - a light in the mouth
This was discussed briefly, yes, but it was so many pages back. They're popular in the rave/club scene I think? JMO.

IMO it was testing with luminol, because the lights and flashing was exactly the same scene as what we saw through the windows in the Zahra Baker case. It wasn't announced or disclosed here, so I have to say it's my opinion.
I've always heard windows are blacked out for luminol testing.

Providing a link How Luminol Works

"Investigators will spray a suspicious area, turn out all the lights and block the windows, and look for a bluish-green light. If there are any blood traces in the area, they will glow."

I'm open to all scenarios but ask yourself would you open your door at 2 in the morning if you saw an armed, masked, gloved person on your porch?
The fact that he brandished at the door and was masked and gloved on a moderate night indicated to me he was stupid and wanted to intimidate the person behind the door.

If it was a random homeowner they would immediately see that and there would be no doubt of his intentions (can't use the delivery, utility guy ruse checking on an emergency etc), and would act accordingly (hit siren, get gun, call 911), Most pros don't show their cards until they get inside. He knew he had easy prey, or was irrationally stupid, or had someone on the inside (I doubt that but possible) or a combo of these things. Still very interested about the details of the "forced entry" he did not open that welded security door without a key.

They are not going in to feed the fish... LE is on some line of investigation that keeps them coming back to this house
You would think but they did put a SWAT team out for someone they released hours later so you never know

Some men tattoo their wrist with a cross. When they extend their arm, the cross is placed as seen in copied pic. Looking at perp’s wrist, I’m wondering if the tat is a cross due to the spacing from top to mid-section?
Could it be a black watch band?

My thoughts on the cameras, based on this article:

“'The cameras will record to the servers as long as they have internet. According to Nest, without a subscription, usually they are quickly overwritten by next images. But if the camera is disconnected, there should be nothing to overwrite on the server,' [longtime private investigator Andy Kay told Page 6]. Essentially, if someone does not have a subscription to the service, it’s almost like a livestream being sent to the server: new images override previous images. However, because this was the last image before the suspected kidnapper disconnected the camera, it’s the last thing that was sent to the server and therefore able to be recovered."

The footage we've seen is from the disconnected camera, which the perp was aware of or at least anticipated might be present. The other, later alert, reported at 2:12 a.m., is from a camera that the perp did not know was there and thus did not disconnect, allowing the footage to be overwritten. That could be a back door camera if they decided to enter through the back or it could be an interior camera, but regardless, it was one they were not aware of.

If it's from an interior camera, the window from 1:47 a.m. to 2:12 a.m. could've been spent trying to figure out a point of entry and/or pick a lock, force a sliding door, jimmy open a window, etc.

The 2:12 a.m. to 2:28 a.m. window is pretty clearly when most of the bad stuff went down.

IMO, this all points away from family. I'm totally stumped beyond that, though.

Exactly. IMO, For LE to deploy as SWAT team, LE believed that there was a high likelihood this was a suspect. Perhaps similar vehicle(s) to a suspect, similar vehicle to suspicious vehicles LE has been looking at, multiple and perhaps frequent cell phone pings in NG's neighborhood, perhaps a similarity to what they know of physical description and age, and they likely one or more tips about him. If this person is a UPS or FedEx driver, their cell phone could likely have had many pings in NG's neighborhood on a daily basis, etc.

Still, for LE to deploy a SWAT team and to receive a search warrant, they had reasons to believe there was a high probability that they had found a suspect in this case.

All this is JMHO
Yet, no arrest, no real interrogation. Cars were turned back over and LE left like nothing happened. If that was their best lead at this point, the investigation is in trouble.

She had a metal screen door, too. I think it’s mentioned awhile back that she didn’t open the front door, but there was forced entry in the back of the home. I’ll see if I can find the source.

He has very lovely eyes, imo
In my experience following cases here when photos and videos are released I get so confused about what everyone’s seeing and what I’m seeing. things seem to be distorted because of distance or the time of day or movement. I wonder if they really think that the perp has big eyes. I thought that the mask or masks he was wearing might have distorted his eyes and made them look more wide apart than they are.

Wish people could see by now exactly what is happening here, its getting pretty clear who is the FBI's prime suspect even if they won't name them.
And I can't help but think it is only because they don't know where else to look. Based on what is publicly known I think it is pointing to more ineptness then reasonable to keep going back to them- of course my opinion could change with more info.

Yes, or could be a basic keychain light in their mouth and they could bite down to turn on/off
led light.webp
