Not true at all. I’m in the area and have multiple porch lights on every night and the majority of my neighbors do too. I have never heard of anyone getting fined for lights against the lighting ordinance, it’s more of a technicality when building than anything.

I think they may be picturing an ad or something that had the images which they saw at a glance and then their mind filled in other details...jmo I think it happens when we see something quickly and our subconscious fills in details for us..moo

For example, there were details in the notes that only someone at the scene would know? Today, his face is softer where his skin has lost elasticity and his bear is thin and mostly gray. His eye lids have also lost their elasticity and are a bit saggy. ok if that is true this should have been done at their initial sweep they did when they came to town and if not then on the next search when it was reported other cameras may have been found on the roof.

I didn't understand anything that I copied and pasted other than the archiving part, lol. But you are right it seems some things are being performed in reverse. I'm hoping it will all make sense at some point.

TMZ released the video, not law enforcement. They blurred the face to protect themselves from litigation if it turns out to be unrelated.

This is not the same person. Can't be in two places at once. The timestamp is 2/1 at 1:53 am. The crime at NG's was 2/1 at 1:47 am, when the camera picked up motion.
