The idea they could be from out of town and using a rental is not out of question. Especially if they were there ahead of time for stake out. And if they are local then using a rental makes sense too…yes—that part I can see. And they would bring her back thinking house would be unconnected to their activities.
Plus having it very close to NG’s house (site of crime) makes getting to/from a quick trip, less chance of detection, and they can have some oversight of the investigation.
That seems plausible conjecture—more than most…
I believe they were locals renting it. Why would people from out of town know about Nancy? Why?

Hey guys I am not a mod, and to the mods I am in no way trying to be one. I’m only trying to help. For those who are new here one of WS rules is random youtubers/social media rumors are not considered a valid source. It must come from MSM or an approved source. ❤️

I'm glad they're on top of this and literally shooting down a rumor in real time, before it has a chance to grow legs.

Me too, but the purported and unverified occupation isn't what the Sheriff's tweet mentions. Think higher. JMO.

Imagine if someone paid that 1st portion bitcoin for ID of perp.

On receipt, they gave the name... which, following investigation, lead to arrests...

🤯

My hope is they found her, put her in a fed car unnoticed and she’s at a hospital somewhere being reunited with her family. ugh sending so many prayers.
Nope. I'd think a woman at NG's age, with life saving heart meds she hasn't taken (presumably) for 13 days would require immediate medical - think EMT - support to ensure she made it to a hospital. There are likely strict protocols that would require transport by an ambulance, IMO.

What is the significance of the card as related to tonight's activity two miles away? MOO
No idea 🤷🏻‍♀️
Someone just asked for it

Finally. If you have Amazon, FOX Live Now is at the scene. I've been looking to watch something/somewhere. The night drone is helpful.

Yes, RedHaus. Absolutely what would be done. If true that ME is at the house, that is not good.

The Pima County Sheriff's Department blocked a residential street near Nancy Guthrie's home Friday to conduct an investigation related to the case.

A number of vehicles, marked and otherwise, converged on the neighborhood about two miles from Guthrie's home.

A department spokeswoman declined to elaborate on the nature of the activity other than to say it was related to the Guthrie case.

Investigators worked in the rain while keeping the public at a distance

It’s in the same general area as NG. I am also in the area. I know you’ve mentioned a crime map. Crime is low in our area. Tucson is a weird place with crime pockets that are a few miles from expensive areas. But this neighborhood is low crime.
Same as my town. You have to know where to go and where not to go.

I'm not following.. are you referring to one of the bandmates? (Not SIL or DE)

I wouldn't be surprised if HL paid it himself.

Some have speculated that the house where the warrant was served at COULD BE POSSIBLY owned by a person who brings charges at the state level for crimes against the elderly. I am being vague, but hopefully you can put the clues together.
Ohhhhhh
