And yet, it appears there are no suspects in custardy.I mean, there were also those 50 posts about Culver’s menu and locations last night too![]()
That is for the courts. Judge will decide if jury can hear evidence, then defense can bring potentially contaminated crime scene to discredit the evidence. Then it is up and jury can decide. All normalThe home/crime scene was released back to family originally within a few days after the disappearance wasn’t it? That means any new evidence found after that cannot be considered real evidence. It could have been planted to incriminate someone.
YesHasn’t he been released?
Well, it's hard to argue with that logic. Carry on, then!I mean, there were also those 50 posts about Culver’s menu and locations last night too![]()
Thank you, it's part of the process. For everyone getting upset, if police don’t follow up on every reasonable lead, it becomes an avenue for the defense to use when the actual suspects are actually found. We literally just saw this in the Delphi case.
Police are not asking media to follow them around and random people to breathlessly speculate about what’s going on and who may or may not be involved. The only reason people get hyped up and then disappointed is the media circus and resulting latching on to every little detail by onlookers. It’s a complicated case. They’re going where the case takes them. Be glad they’re not just sitting back attempting to solve the case from their desks.

I fear the worst, sadly. It has never seemed like a typical kidnapping for ransom case to me, more like a Jonbenet situation. One friend of mine suggested that it could have started as a ransom deal but if there was no way to provide proof of life it fell apart. Whatever it is, it's heartbreaking.Where and in what shape, is NANCY? jmo
Unfortunately it's almost starting to feel like this is the most likely scenario as this drags on further IMO.I fear the worst, sadly. I disagree. You have a tip and you send someone out to investigate the lead---you don't send 50 LE vehicles to the site. There have been many times they interviewed someone based on a tip and then followed them around. For instance, the perp in the Abby and Libby case self reported he was at the site. Did LE send a whole swat team to his house? Maybe they should have--but I digress. NO, they sent a DNR officer to interview. For everyone getting upset, if police don’t follow up on every reasonable lead, it becomes an avenue for the defense to use when the actual suspects are actually found. Well said. The ones that have a sympathetic or offbeat "angle". PREGNANT woman disappears, COED mass murder, CEO of company gets gunned down in Manhattan, PAGEANT child abducted from home, PRETTY blonde girl disappears from class trip, MOTHER OF CELEBRITY missing . Ransom notes definitely add to the intrigue Just the amount of crimes sleuthed here on WEBSLEUTHS vs the amount of national scrutiny given by the media to 1000's of missing people should tell us that this is also a ratings grabber for the networks and the length of this 24/7 almost exclusive coverage has become excessive. . and not discernibly productive. Thank you! I know many do not have an X account so I linked the same video he posted to youtube.Let me help you out LOL
Brian Entin reported it last night live on Newsnation IIRC. We have no other verification of this and if they are no longer detained, it may mean nothing in the whole scheme of things anyway.
When posting, you should have a direct link to the source, but if it was on live tv, it's hard to do that unless you can find a clip of that somewhere.
If you would like to link to Brian Entin's X account, you need the full link (like below), doing @**** will actually tag a WS member![]()

LE was staging in Marana last night. To your knowledge, were they staging for something in Marana or for the house 2 miles from NG's house? And am I understanding that there do not have anybody in custody? So in other words - all options are on the table and Nancy is still nowhere to be found? This is depressing.
