I thought all of the cars had been released?

I think this maybe was meant to say "no descriptions of vehicles of interest" had been released - for the public to be on the lookout?

Sorry, I meant no images released of vehicles of interest from neighborhood cams.

If I’m looking at the right house, it belongs to a well known Tucson jeweler.
You've got the right house.

@Cats Against Crime your theory makes a lot of sense. It is scary to me, that the layout of homes is available online. A burglar/home invader has all of the information right there.

Just catching up here and wanted to add two random things:

1. I have a friend in the jewelry industry who has attended the Tucson Gem and Mineral Show for numerous years. She said that items get stolen from the show ALL the time and that it's kind of free-for-all. In my personal opinion, if someone wanted gems, they could hit the show and steal there. Check out the videos of the show this year - people have backpacks, huge purses, etc. - and the show is HUGE size-wise. IMO, no need to rob NG's house (or any other house) for gems.

2. Has LE ever said one way or another that this was an isolated incident and there is no threat to the public? Personally, I feel feel this was likely a targeted act, but if I am wrong and the individual(s) responsible like to prey on the elderly, I'd hope LE would issue some kind of blanket statement to the general public. Maybe that's me asking too much.

All IMO.
Yes it doesn't make s
I do think his gear looks a bit stereotypical, as in, tv shows and bad movies may have informed their gear choices. But I wouldn't go so far as thinking this points to them having a show business background.

I'm willing to be convinced, but I'm not sure I could agree that SG is in show business. And I would not assume they hired local crew. There seems to be a pecking order with these things. When GMA came to Nashville, I believe they brought their own crew. The local news people weren't even allowed to catch them on film. A former GMA weather person was caught on someone's cell phone telling a local camera man "remember the rules" because he thought they accidentally caught him on camera moving the shot from one spot to another. It's an old clip and I couldn't find it just now, so I'll end with MOOooo
To clarify, I don't mean someone with drama/theater/acting training. I mean someone on the technical side, support side, experience with make-up, costume, production experience. By show business I don't mean Hollywood, but experience working in the media/TV environment.
And it could a national crew or a local one. IDK.

There have been cases when an individual disconnected their camera/wifi purposely to not record at a relevant time. Not saying that's what happened here, but might be a clue for investigators.

That would be more Likely than the perp using a wifi jammer. I searched and couldn't find a single case in the U.S. that documented that a wifi jammer was used in a successful kidnapping.

I have a feeling this case might be at a stage where they are re-interviewing witnesses that may have been dismissed early on.
Yes you can turn your nest camera on and off easily

New Brian Entin video regarding a neighbor of Nancy’s may have experienced an internet outage during the time Nancy was abducted….

Guthrie took an Uber to her daughter Annie’s home around 5:32 p.m. on Saturday, January 31, Pima County Sheriff Chris Nanos said. He said detectives have since interviewed the Uber driver, who the sheriff said is not under suspicion. The driver has been “very open” and shared video of Guthrie from inside their car, he added.

all imo
So LE has actual video proof that NG was in the Uber.

Has it ever been mentioned what type of cameras the others were? Google was able to retrieve that footage from the Nest doorbell cam.. Ring had said they wouldn't have been able to retrieve that footage without a subscription. I had been hoping all of her cameras were Nest and that we would have seen more footage by now..

JMO

"I do know with Ring specifically, if you delete a recording or if you don't want a recording, you don't
have a subscription. We do not have it stored. I know that because I built the systems with my team," Siminoff said.

Nanos said there were "multiple cameras". AB said her source said that Nancy's camera's were smashed and they were Google Nest camera's.

The camera removed from the roof of the Casita and the camera removed from above the sliding glass door of the Casita appeared to be wired Google Nest cameras with Solar panels.

Edited: I stated wired because the FBI agents appeared to unplug them to collect them.

FWIW

Consider: if the perp/s used a wifi jammer successfully, completing their crime of choice quickly, had NG not left blood behind, what evidence would have been left?

Broken flood light. What else? Were there signs of a s muffled, besides the blood?

It might have looked like NG simply evaporated.

Beginning to look like the perp/s did jam cameras but not long enough, and the alert was recorded at 2:12, which ultimately led to the recovery of the videos/image.

Something about the crime took longer than the perp/s intended.

JMO
The blood on the front porch might be a clue as to what took longer than anticipated??

A final word on him getting away with it. A lot of times first-timers or one offs don't follow any established pattern, so they can initially be harder to catch. Since they don't follow the A-B-C crime profile they can slip through the cracks. But they eventually slip up. He'll be caught IMO. Likely relatively soon.
Agreed. Not sure about a stalker but it could be – definitely personal and targeted.

I'm hearing some buzz online about SATG:
SOUTH AMERICAN THEFT GROUPS
A term used by the FBI and local law enforcement to describe transnational organized crime rings.

Key Aspects of South American Theft Groups (SATGs):
  • Operation: These groups are often composed of foreign nationals, sometimes referred to as "burglary tourists," who may enter the U.S. illegally or via visa waivers.
  • Methods: They use advanced techniques, including surveillance, Wi-Fi jammers, and disguises to avoid detection. They frequently rent vehicles, use fake IDs, and rely on encrypted messaging apps.
  • Targets: High-end residential neighborhoods are heavily targeted, with a notable increase in incidents involving Asian-American business owners.
  • Impact: Law enforcement has documented millions of dollars in losses across multiple states.
  • Locations: Significant activity has been reported in California, Texas, and various other states.
    FBI (.gov)

I'VE BEEN READING UP ON THESE CRIMINALS. They check a lot of boxes in this case. Advanced techniques, thorough pre-planning, disguises, surveillance, work in teams. Experienced. Use crypto-currency.

They are known for casing neighbourhoods in the pre-planning phase. They use surveillance techniques, and then plan their home invasion for later date, and come prepared.
Do they kidnap/abduct/murder older women as part of the robberies?

New Brian Entin video regarding a neighbor of Nancy’s may have experienced an internet outage during the time Nancy was abducted….

I'll entertain this thought. The perp was walking from where he was dropped off/left his car/etc down the road to NGs house. He walks with his jammer on in case he may pass security cameras. As he walks by other homes, if in close enough range they lose connection for the 10 seconds it takes for him to walk by the home. Ok now you ask which neighbors experienced these disconnections and it'll basically show the trail in which the perp walked/how he entered the neighborhood.

Why I find this investigative lead to probably be a dead end:
The home are very spread out in that neighborhood. The range of consumer grade jammers are quite small.
"Average consumer-grade Wi-Fi jammers typically have an effective range of 10 to 50 meters (roughly 30 to 160 feet)"

This perp didn't have some military grade signal jammer that could reach multiple homes at once.
Also BE himself said that NGs specific area in the neighborhood has terrible cell service. Could all be coincidental. A lot of times my wifi router resets itself in the middle of the night. I stay up really late and have experienced many times where my service/wifi drops out between 2-5 AM.

Unfortunately I don't think this will get them anywhere. Kinda shows that LE has nothing concrete and yet again are grasping at straws. JMO

Agreed. Not sure about a stalker but it could be – definitely someone with a grievance or a grudge. Not a gem thief, not an opportunist. It was personal and targeted.
Yes not looking like an ordinary smash and grab. Not kids, druggies, gems.

BE has a new short where he suggests there was a wifi jammer and neighbors were effected too.

Edit: could account for the lack of him or a vehicle being on camera

Do you have the house address? Do you know who lives there? I wonder if the FBI visited this house yesterday? And removed something as evidence?
Yes, yes, yes, not sure about.

But cannot post the name here, assumed to be innocent people.

I looked at that photo of the exterior of the back of the home. There was an enclosure. Entrance to it may or may not have had a lock. The air conditioning unit was inside the enclosure. The circuit breaker box was attached to the house and to the right. First, the enclosure may have been locked. He might have to deal with that. Otherwise, the perp has to climb over the enclosure in his puffy attire. Then he has to reach the circuit breaker box. Why would he even bother to do any of this? BUT, if he did, he was well equipped with a little bite light so he covered that base. I, myself, feel that the killing of the electricity is excessive and unnecessary and was not part of the crime. JMO
The little enclosure where the breaker unit is, is where all of Nancy's garbage cans were located. I highly doubt Nancy took her garbage cans to the curb for trash pickup with her limited mobility. Also, the door gate that is attached to that enclosure and the Casita that leads to the back of the house was being opened and closed with ease by LE personal
Napoli:

Her trash cans and how they get to the curb ( or if they even do, as I pay extra to have them taken from my yard, are irrelevant to my position that the electricity was not turned off.. I see an enclosure with the central air unit and breaker units on house to the right. I dont even see trash cans. I said, there would be some obstacles to entering that enclosure, possible locks, height of the circuit breaker box and the darkness. Now, if you want to add in trash containers to maneuver around to get to the circuit box, that's even more reason , IMO no one turned off the lights. JMO

This makes me wonder is a jammer device was included on warrants and if they've gone through previous crimes where they were used as a means to identify possible poi. Although, I believe they are very common in crime, especially burglary. I do not think this was a burglary.
