The other day they casually leaned in and I swear if LL wanted he could have grabbed a gun. I've always seen them follow the person

I'd hate to be sitting on this kind of case where every other few hours we have to leave, just to sit in a small airless room and play with some string for a couple of hours until recalled to the court.

Why isn't all this ironed out before the jury was seated?

And what's up with the evidence from Eve's murder spilling into this trial? That would poison my mind that the defendant was a serial killer with the conscience of a tsetse fly.

What I think we will hear in reference to the Carson case is that the prosecution wants to show a pattern of violence in LAL's operations WRT robbery -- rob & kill, rob & kill. This, as we know, is his M.O. As S.Love said, "Copycat." It worked (for a while, anyway) in the Mahato case, it ought to work in the Carson case, and it did until the ATM pics were seen & the crime tips phone call. The mind of an arrogant, "I-am-a-man" 17 year old. And that's what the defense didn't want. Oh, well, the dt gave it a good hard try, but I'm betting, if we get a G verdict, the dt or appeals attys will try to build an appeal around the Carson case testimony. Any port in a storm.
