I think some cases do that to us, maybe the details are so vivid and gruesome that they are just too heartbreaking. I know I am also like this with any cases that involve children, even though I followed closely on Danielle van Damm, Samantha Runnion,and of course, little Caylee. The
other case that became too much for me was the Petit Case.

Now, back on topic, how are things going here today?

Yep -- I didn't follow the Petit case on a day-to-day basis, but yes, it was awful. There was one in a neighboring county here (Johnston Co, NC) -- you prolly heard about it -- about little Teghan Skiba, barely 4 y/o, who for nearly two weeks was horribly mistreated (can't quite say the "t" word), & assaulted. The bf finally took her to the local hospital, and she finally died at the trauma hospital to which she was later taken. This occurred within the last year. The monster was keeping his gf's daughter in a work shed w/no elec, no bathroom in back of his parents' house.

Anyway, he's on Death Row now -- quick verdict on the crime; quick verdict on the penalty. They would not air it since the details of if were too horrible. Utterly incomprehensible.

We had a dog-eat-dog mad crowd here watching it. Just a pure horror.

Sounds to me like the defense is desperately trying to keep out any information about the vehicle that LL was driving. imo

I don't believe this witness's truthfulness. The way she was grinning over at the defendant and how she answered some questions by pulling her lips in and closing her mouth as if she will refuse to add another word to the answer.
