I'm listening as best I can Jewels. I'm at work so sometimes it gets dicey what I missed but I try to stay with one trial to the finish. Mainly for the victim of the crime. They are lost to this world and that decision was decided by some one else. I think there are at least one other trial running concurrently. About an infant, thrown from a moving car. I can't imagine what makes some people tick.

I will admit I am keeping an eye on the other trial, and it was because I watched it last year when it went to a mistial.

My heart is for both victims, no one deserves to die by brutal hands of a murderer no matter the age. imo

I wasn't aware of the mistrial. Wow that must have been hard on almost everyone, little babies don't decide to unbuckle themselves and hurl themselves out of a moving vehicle's open window. Seriously I watched the testimony of the newsmen (2 of them) arriving at the scene and thinking it had to be a doll and hearing the pain in their voices. I can't answer my office phone when I am blubbering so I try to catch up before or after hours.

Thanks for all the updates...... it won't be much longer now until Mr. Lovette will be back where he belongs and with another murder charge on his resume....

Yikes, somebody was paying attention. Defense closing seems to have made an impact regarding witnesses who were not called, etc.

Very detailed questions...they want to view photo of the container on the victim's bed???

Questions about Phillip's grand jury testimony police interview..they want to see/hear it.

#2 are they serious they are questioning something. imo

Wonder if the jury is thinking about the brother and sister current amnesia victims and the testimony they previously had given...
