Cory Riley Elsey has dementia or another cognitive impairment. He was last seen at 1596 Yelton Lane in Winston-Salem, heading east toward Cyro Drive.

He is a white male, 6 feet tall, 170 pounds, with short black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a gray sweatshirt with red lettering on it and khaki pants.

Police say Elsey returned home and is safe. The NC Center for Missing Persons canceled the silver alert for him on Sunday.
