Thank you. Below is from the link. Can't they clearly see the right arm of the person in the back seat on the passenger side?

Curran said police have circulated the picture with police departments in North Carolina, hoping their officers can help identify the suspect. The ATM photos show a young man in a baseball cap and hooded sweat shirt driving a sport utility vehicle that may be Carson's Toyota Highlander, Curran said. There does not appear to be anyone else in the SUV.

The guy has a afro probably. You can see a puff ball sticking out on the side..

Yep, I noticed that too.
Looks like part of his Afro is sticking out.

Either LE is blind or they are lying. Hmmmm...interesting. You can clearly see someone else there in the rear passenger seat. Also, it looks like there is someone right behind the driver, but it could be a reflection playing tricks. Still...there are at least two people maybe three. Why would they want to lie about it? That doesn't serve a purpose to me at all! If someone saw that SUV and saw 3 subjects inside, but the police say it was only 1 person..they might not turn it in. (shaking my head)

And before anyone else says it...yes, I am once again questioning LE's tactics in yet another case.

Oooo...so that is what that is!! I kept thinking it was a shadow or something, but I can see it now that you guys pointed it out! Duh!

For serious sleuthing you need to keep a magnifying glass by your computer for just this kind of occasion. LOL! Mine is so full of fingerprints I am constantly cleaning it. It helps lots though.:)

LOL I am at my daughter's and her computer is set up differently than mine. I have a magnifying glass built into one of my programs I normally use! I agree...they do come in quite handy!

In the case of the Auburn U student that was mudered the day before, it's been reported that LE got NASA to enhance the photo that they had of the suspect.
Hopefully they will do the same in this case and it will help them.
Surely they do know and can see, the same as we can see the backseat person!

Some of us are getting older and need a bit of help! LOL I would be happier with a screen the size of the big screen television myself. :)

Yes, so why deny it?!

Very scary. I've heard that NC is having an increase in gang related activity. This is such a shame.

Duke and UNC basketball game tonight at Duke- probably the biggest college rivalry in the country. Prior to the game they announced that they were not just a heated rivalry, but a community sharing in the grief over the death of Eve Carson. Every person in the building, including the ESPN announcers, wore a powder blue ribbon in her honor and observed a moment of silence. Very touching to see the most outrageous Cameron Crazies sporting the blue ribbon.

Tarheels won.

WTG, Tarheels!

I am sure it was very moving to see that sea of blue ribbons in her honor. She deserves the outpouring of love from her community. They would have had a wonderful addition as a leader in her. I could see her becoming quite an outstanding woman no matter what career path she chose in her bright future. It will be a world void of such a brilliant and beautiful person.

These are the cases that really get to me, SS. Not that Eve Carson's life is more valuable than anyone else's. But the state of humanity is at a point right now, I just wonder how many more people like Eve Carson we can afford to lose, while the type of person who would take her life and dump her in the street so casually seems to be increasing. I'm sure she would have handed over whatever it was they were after, killing was not necessary. But they did because they wanted to.

It is the cold, calculated killers that always seem to take our best and brightest. Maybe it is because they represent the very part of themselves they know they could never be. Their failure in society and in humanity is wrapped into that one moment when all the hatred, resentment, and evils are thrust upon the innocent as they are truly loved for being noble, kind, and good. It is so ironic.

I understand exactly what you're saying.

Eve and the killer, both young people.
One chose a life of good. The other chose a life of evil.
As children we're taught the good one always wins.

Yet, this 🤬🤬🤬🤬 murders this beautiful girl who was 2 months away from graduation, who , by all reports was a beautiful person from the inside out, who was going to live her life helping those that needed help.

Her life was snuffed out by a young cocky 🤬🤬🤬🤬, who felt like he was a big man because he had a gun to overpower an innocent young woman.

Sad reality we're living in.
