I'm surprised at that maybe he just hasn't been charged as of yet thanks for lookingI looked for him a few moments ago in the Cumberland County jail roster, and he is not listed currently.

I’ve lived in the area for about a decade. It may not come as a surprise, but this is not considered a *safe* part of town.1/11/2025
She was found around 5pm 1/10/2025. Murchison Rd runs parallel to Newark and intersects with State, which were both mentioned in the previous article. That narrows down her found location to about 2 blocks.
…
[Heather was] found dead Friday off Murchison Road, and her death is being investigated as a homicide.
We are missing a lot of information here.
What time was she seen getting into the car on Jan 4? All I can find is that it was "nighttime."
By 7 p.m. it was 32 degrees, and the temperature continued to drop into the 20's.
No mention of a coat or footwear that I can find.
Did she get into the car willingly but leave in it unwillingly?
I'd like to know what she took with her. What is missing from her home? Where are her purse, wallet, keys, etc.?
It's been reported that the last text message that comes up on her phone is at 12:10 am. I'm assuming that's the morning of Jan 5? Was it an incoming or outgoing message?
And of course, whose car was it?!
It doesn’t look like a thought-out dump spot and seems more like her killer could likely live nearby. Lots of homes around. Are there lots of cameras around, too? When I looked at the NC sex offender registry, there are several within a couple of blocks of that area.I’ve lived in the area for about a decade. IMO
oh no!A missing woman who vanished in Fayetteville last weekend was found dead Friday after she had been killed, police said Saturday.
It’s plausible that people have cameras around that area, of course. I haven’t scoped it out. It’s a pretty low income area, but cameras are fairly cheap now.It doesn’t look like a thought-out dump spot and seems more like her killer could likely live nearby. Lots of homes around. My money is on the driver/owner of the car she was last seen getting into. Probably it was they who led the police to her body in the woods. Was just about to add/say the same thing my moneys on ex/husband R.I.P Heather
