N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for a missing endangered man in Rocky Mount.

Officials believe that 30-year-old Justin T. Shaver may be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment.

Shaver is described as a white male with brown hair and blue eyes, approximately 5'11 and 160lbs.

He was reported missing from 129 Moye Court in Rocky Mount and was last seen on 2420 North Wesleyan Boulevard in Rocky Mount.
