Her keys, ID, debt card, and phone have not been found. This is what she was believed to be carrying that night. There is no indication of if she made it into her apartment or not.

In regard to the cell phone ping, yes it is possible that her phone pinged from the same tower. Her apartment was south of the bar. There is a tower North of Froggys. There is also a Tower south of her apartment. Froggy's is closer to the southern tower. However, I guess it really depends if the phone pinged only one tower, or both and by determination of signal strength from the towers they determined it was by Froggys. One thing we have not accounted for was if her phone died before she left Froggys.

I am playing catchup on this so I don't know yet if this was mentioned but if the phone died at the bar, then the time that she texted that she was home safely wouldn't make sense. IMO. I know there are questions as to WHO texted she was home safely but I think that Nick would have given a time frame as well to verify that that text was sent after he dropped her off. IMO. I am sorry but lighting does not srike twice, nick is a child molester.....the don't change their strips look at how they repeat! Kelli had the little tiny body of a child. I am afraid that nick killed her, she of finger him! This man is a harming a baby, the world would be much better without him in it!
His story does not make since, if this apartment complex is where I am thinking then there are outside camera's and alarm systems on ever one, I know my son lives in them...he chose them for the security for his family! Being she is in the service, and looking at her husbands facebook they were well armed!
Imo, she never made it back to her apartment of Nick would have died not Kelli!!!!!!!
Please do not give Nick a break, he is a that hurts babies!

Maybe because you know him and have conversed with him. When you saw the interview something about his demeanor was off kilter with the norm and not just nervousness? Could I be correct in the assumption?

Or maybe it was just nervousness. That did not cross my mind. I have never seen him nervous. I'm probably just burnt out on the entire situation.

Wow, I didn't get that from him at all. He looked straight into the eyes of the man who was questioning him. Time will tell. I just hope that they don't just jump at him because he is a SO.

I don't like that he says how he's "grieving too" and says he hopes she's found so her family can get closure but maybe I'm reading too much into it.

The ride from the bar to her apartments would be just enough to juice the phone to turn on and get off a few quick texts. At least my phone anyway.

He says Kelli asked him to take him to the bar. That means they had established a method of communicating when they met a few weeks prior. He says she said she was tired and requested that he drive her home. He also said that she was texting all night long but he doesn't know the nature of those texts.

Something about the way he talked about her texting all night really sounded "off" to me. In these days, so many folks that age text a lot..it's so common..if he weren't interested in her...or just a friend..why did he notice "texting all night" and why was that important enough for him to mention? ^i^

Perhaps you should be informed before you speak. Then the first thing you would know is that her husband was in FL at the time. We do not know what happened. None of us do. That is why the cops are doing their job.

They always do have some things wrong. And I do think that LE counts on that so that not too much info is given out, and they can still do their investigation.

I said in my IMO, and I worked for adult probation.....my college final was on child molesters, I trust my judgement on them...I would trust a murderer before a baby molester! Again you are welcome to disagree with my believe on this case, but remember I did not state it as fact! I have all the information I need he is an RSO!

I had my suspicions as well Gidget... that being said (I have been a link-posting pig in this thread today LOL), I posted several links upstream.. some even in the husband's words... that their marriage is quite the happy one and that he was just on a visit.

And THHAAAT being said, well, I just don't know what to believe.. but I did find his statement strange as to why he would not go on camera with his sister in law???

I could be making too much of it, had too much coffee, etc as well.
