I have two things to state here...

VOH did you miss my last question, or is it something you "cannot answer" you never addressed it so I was curious?

I believe Nick was her DD that night cut and dry. It all seems so simple to come to the conclusion of DD. Especially when he was her "go to" person when she was tired and wanted to go home, it was obviously prearranged, so I can see him being DD.

New question VOH if you will oblige?
Did the bar usually charge Nick for soft drinks on tap? I have been DD many times and the bar usually gives me them on the house. I would think with Nick being known to the bar and even taking out their trash and such, he would not be charged for non alcoholic drinks. TIA

A reward is useful if LE doesn't know who took a victim. I think in this case they have their "who," and what they need is for him to give up the info on where her body is.

I could totally agree with you on almost all points, had their not been now for many many years a serial rapist haunting that particular area.

It could certainly be a serial rapist who's crimes have esculated to murder now.

But for now I have a hard time believing in coincidences and that a man known to show sexual violence against a female is the last person known to see Kelli alive.

I dont think he would have ever said he was with Kelli if he hadnt already been seen leaving with her.

That is why I tend to think murdering her wasnt a planned idea. I think he thought he was going to score with her and when that didnt workout for him he had his way with her.

imo

I know that it's not really media day since it's Sunday, but has anyone heard of any searches today?

What I am seeing at 1:36 in this video is not a lean to, its more of a dug out, has two lawn chairs in front. I can see where Nick would live in this if this was the alleged Tent, its not a tent its stable, has a little porch, and a back area for sleeping, heck if I was single and alone I would live comfortable here....lol. If I was Nick that would leave me money for bar, fun, and life. No bills etc.

I don't think this is the place...but to me it looks not so bad if it is.

Now I know I am 'old school' but I would never go to a club without my hubby and he wouldnt go without me. I also know that some hubbys dont have a problem if their wife goes out with the girls to a club. Some will even keep the children if they have any.

But I have to think in this case Kelli didnt tell her husband. Maybe she didnt know she was going at the time he called her. I dont know.

My prime suspect is the one that left the bar with her. I think he thought he was going to score with Kelli. I am sure she may have mentioned her husband was out of town. I dont think Kelli was receptive to his advances and he forced himself on her and after raping her he knew he had to kill her to keep her quiet. He knew he already had a criminal past. He knew if he let her live and she told then he would be going to prison again for many many years this time.

I dont think he would have ever told his 'story' if he knew he hadnt already been seen leaving the bar with her. He had to come clean and make up some stupid nonsensical story about dropping her off to walk the rest of the way home in the dark.

IMO

(BBM)

BINGO. Nailed it. There it is, right there. That's his only motive for speaking up & speaking out, and I'm hoping it will be his ultimate undoing.

It was a cash only bar. And I wish we knew when or if Nick returned to the bar that night.

Right an how long after closing did people stay in there and if LE has taken drains from the bar.

I also wonder if was ever allowed to sleep in the bar. Someone helping out at the bar leaving at 130 sounds suspect to me because of the closeness to closing. I think he would have came back quilty of harming Kellie or not. I also question the van that LE looked at and wonder if it was used as a place to store things. Even if he was off or not helping out that night . His whole life was that bar and it is all he had.

I wonder if his car actualy ever left to drop Kellie off.

I read they are seperated and Nick knew she was married but was told it was complicated!

Didnt the husband deny that was true? I thought I read he had gone back to visit his father who lives in Ocala?

I wouldnt believe one word out of Nick's mouth.

I think he is lying about everything except admitting he left the bar with her.

IMO

OBE, there has been much speculation that they were separated by more than Nick, even by her family. I think they were separated personally...IMHO.

This is where the video showed, don't know if it's a tent or not, the sides possibly are.

Thanks.

He is now back in NC at their apartment, right?

Why I didnt think they were really separated is they both were on the phone at 3 pm talking with each other the day she went missing

Very true, but because your separated does not mean you don't talk. Especially if they were separated, they had not been for very long. Many still talk to their spouses after separation I would think, especially early on. IMHO

and yes I believe he is with her family in her apt? His mother spoke highly of him, saying he loved her to death....

That looks like an out building/shed and the roof comes out over it to make a makeshift porch area.

I dont think it matters who paid we were wondering if she had more to drink than the 4 shots and beers she is a pretty girl id say ppl bought her drinks.
or she paid for someone elses drinks tooo we dont know.
but no one has said she was drunk..

4 shots I think is a lot if anymore she might have really been drunk I mean my experience 4 shots would probably put me on my butt ESP if beer was involved too.

I must have missed the question.

I am not sure if Nick was charged for softdrinks. I know water is free, unless it is bottled water.

FYI, the reporter is standing the construction site I have mentioned prior.

I believe that structure is located near the pond they searched in Eastover.

I thought so as well, I thought however on Bing maps that near the bar you could see a red tent in the image. It might not be but it looked that way to me and it was in the lot next to the bar towards that exit ramp.

I wondered if the burn barrels where close to the tent ,because really it is cold outside and I am not seeing how Nick could stand being out in the cold for 3 months and I really think he didnt only sleep in the tent.
