OBE, Someone posted his charges yesterday, I do not have the link, if someone else does I would love to see it again. It was not about his RSO violation, it was about his vehicle....NPOI is no proof of insurance, and something to do with the title of the car he was driving. Nothing was mentioned about his RSO that I saw...IMHO

If they have multiple unrelated charges on him, they are probably waiting to file the rest. This way if he is released they can bring him back into custody.

I was under the impression that she stated she was tired, but how it came to be that she went with Nick, I don't believe its been mentioned.

right, but we still don't know if SHE ASKED to be driven home by Nick.
I don't remember anywhere where it's stated how it came to be Nick drove her home. Whether she asked or he volunteered, or someone asked him to drive her home. It's never been stated, I don't think.

Same here. The "turns himself in" video of Nick says the stream is not found. I wonder if ABC pulled it for some reason. Other videos I tried worked, but not that one.

Thanks! Yes it is. I'm using my phone or else I'd link it up but you can def search it. She lived about an hour out from me so every now and then I'll check in on the case and am let down by how little develops. Rly hoping that no news is good news in this case amd we hear something today

I do not know the exact time frame for when he bought it, but it reopened under the same name sometime in 2011. There was a previous female owner.

Brief article in the Fayetteville Observer just came through. It just says that police did not release any new information yesterday and that Holbert has been arrested for not registering his address since becoming homeless.

It looks to me like NH is wearing khaki shorts.

The camera doesn't go low enough to verify if he's wearing shorts but still looks khaki to me.
I can't find anything with clips from his third interview. Can anyone verify what NH was wearing in his last interview?
I doubt that this means much other than khaki seems to be his style.
Oh, and I couldn't see any marks on his arms or hands. He tends to keep his hands under the table most of the time in his first interview. And he's wearing a jacket that fully covers his arms in the second interview.
