Richard Luke Moxely was last seen in the area of U.S. 421 and Lewisville/Clemmons Road shortly before 2 a.m. Tuesday wearing a white T-shirt and blue basketball shirt. He was last seen driving a 2012 Chevrolet Sonic with the N.C. tag PCL-9342.

Moxely has schizophrenia, has hallucinations and is not taking his medication.
