Alright, I've only ever seen the defense go first in an insanity case. What is the Deal with allowing the DEFENSE to go first here? IT"S always the State, then the Defense, Then the State has the last word. Even if they have split up their arguments this is wrong. Reversible error.

In NC the State goes last in closing. At least in every NC trial I've ever watched or been a part of.
