NC vs. Raven Abaroa ~ the Trial 3

Ha! Good point Mani, if there had been an intruder the neighbor would have heard screaming and such. That went in our favor, IMO.

Exactly! Of course he didn't hear anything - Janet didn't see it coming because IT WAS HER HUSBAND.

Let's see your stuff Char. Prayers for a well thought out presentation and some common sense.

Did that seem like a crazy woman speaking so fast and so furious mixing up the facts and spouting unfounded assumptions, or is it just me?

IMO, the state is asking a lot from this jury. I hope they listened carefully, can spot a lie when they hear one from the def. and most of all use their common sense.
This whole case is about common sense. Motive, motive, motive. And it's not a stupid dime!
If the dime is evidence, we should all be suspects. That is the craziest story I've ever heard.

On a side note... just so you all know. When I hit the "thanks" button on one of your post, it means, I AGREE with your thought or opinion.

I'm adding that in addition to what's already been said, I hope Charlene will enunciate her words properly and add modulation when she is trying to make an important statement that the jury needs to let sink in.

Yeah, I think victim-blaming should be illegal in the court of law. Nobody deserves to be murdered (or raped, or assaulted, or whatever), and suggesting that because we know "who Janet really was" as an excuse for her murder is ABHORRENT.

Yeah, this makes me sick. Strangely, I thought Tyndall would be above this. I'm obviously dead wrong.

You know what, I thought he would be above it too. But after watching the other def. attorney throw out so much info that was not factual, we should have known this was coming.

The prosecution didn't have to "mold" anybody or any relationship - there is PLENTY of evidence of Raven being a douchebag, and of Janet being a loving mother and good person. And there is evidence of their relationship being controlling and abusive. Nobody made that up. It's just true.

I hope he's not planning to go all the way through that blasted binder. I don't think I can sit here and listen to all of that.
