I recognized AY and his fiance standing with AB. And BS was there. Anyone know why the big tree removal truck from AB's employer was there? Is he using that truck for transportation? Was there another employee from the company there?

It seems as though everyone who knows AB since he's been in NC is rallying around him. I wonder if they all believe he is not involved in Zahra's disappearance? :waitasec:

I've thought about that myself. Could this man have been so uninvolved that he was clueless to what was really happening?

BBM - wish we could get more background from his life in Australia. Maybe his school records or whatever. Did he ever have an accident that might have been a "head injury'? He's come across to me that way as well. He seems very "submissive" and/or "passive". Wonder if LE/FBI/Marshalls have had someone with expertise in that speak with him?

TY but can you further elaborate as to what it might mean in reference to the charges against EB? ie. what exactly would be the offense described as common law and are tehre other types of forgery that would be described as INSERT DESCRIPTIVE WORD HERE forgery?

Let me check into that. I am not familiar with North Carolina law. I'll see what I can find out.

BS daughter - early 20's - was married and I think she has 2 kids
DP son - could still be studying early 20's

Yes, exactly. He does speak as someone with a head injury. or some type of brain trauma.
You're right on with the submissive/passive description also. Those features were right up EB's alley too, weren't they? Bet she saw him as someone she could easily manipulate and control.

I was watch HLN just now and AH was on discussing with other panelists that Zahra's father has dropped out of sight and is now being described as - no longer cooperative with LE? Is this documented in MSM or just so much supposition by panelists on tonights prime news?

It's not documented. It's still them regurgitating the quote from the sheriff of the other county from three days ago because there are no new developments.

All reports I have seen still indicate that he is working closely with the police. I don't think there has been much activity at all over the weekend.

It's starting to look to me like there's been some very sloppy reporting done with regard to EB's criminal records. I'm still sorting through things, but wanted to put this out there so the vague data that's been previously reported by the media doesn't foul up the picture for us sleuthers.


Now, I have a newbie-type question...
I've been working on putting together a table of EB and AY's records juxtaposed and I'm willing to share it. How much of their criminal records could I post here? What would I need to abbreviate or redact?

Assuming he didn't know she was gone, just the fact that he didn't check in on Zahra since that Thursday night and not know she wasn't in the house when he was home that Saturday morning, especially after the fire, confirms that for me. MOO

After 15 to 20 minutes the group gathered together with the mostly pink and purple balloons and released them into the sky. While Adam Baker gathered belongings in the backyard the group built another ring of cars around the tree in the front yard. They taped more pictures to the tree, and hung angels.

As quickly as they came, the group left.

That's so very sad and it's hard for me to comprehend. I know there are lousy parents out there, far too many uninvolved, lousy parents, but it's still hard to understand, isn't it? He was too wrapped up with keeping peace with EB I imagine.

I'm sure I'm not going to be too popular when I saw this but... I get really irritated when people use memorials as an excuse to let tons of balloons go. Those balloons end up litter that is very harmful to animals. Especially when they float out into waters and can eaten by water animals. It kills them but not quick. There is a lot of suffering. It blocks digestive systems and they starve. Leaving items to remind people of that person I can totally understand. I just hate to see animals getting injured in the name of someone missing or passed away.

I am puzzled to as to why there is a memorial too. I thought the family are still hopeful for her return?

And her closest family are back in Australia, not here. Maybe that term was just used by the reporter to bulk up his story but it certainly is not the truth.

Yeah, why is the same man saying he'll take Zahra back to Australia if found letting people do some kind of memorial to Zahra like it's no big deal? Which is it, Mr AB? Are you holding out hope she's alive or do you know she's dead?

I am really suspicious and upset with him right now. It's crazy the police haven't arrested him and interrogated him yet. I don't think he'll hold up well under interrogation. Why not bring him in? Why allow to remain out and let him think he's getting away with this?

If he has been asked to relocate, that may explain the report on CNN last night, and tonight that AB has not been seen. Perhaps that is why he was on scene while LE was executing search warrant and removing items? Kill two birds, one stone, let him gather what he needs while being supervised so nothing relevant to Zahra walks away with him?

I believe I saw a report that AB is free to come and go from the home as he pleases. He is choosing not to stay there from what it appears.

Side note: I recognized many of the people in the balloon release video as EB's family.

DP is in law enforcement.

On his facebook page he said he attended Western Piedmont Community College '09 -Basic Law Enforcement Training (BLET).

Does that mean he would have graduated by now and be a serving police officer? Sorry not to sure as I'm in Aus, I've never heard you go to college to do BLET, we don't have that over here, you just go straight into the police force as a cadet to do your training.

Them ruling out the woodchipper answers a huge question for me. How AB could cooperate so easily with that area. It's just my feelings but he knows where Zahra is, knows the wood chipper had nothing to do with it.

I bet the closer LE gets to Zahra the quieter and uncooperative he will get. That will be a big indicator as to whether or not LE is getting close. His cooperation.

Again it's just my thoughts and feelings.

I really disagree with this. He has been from all accounts by the police (other than one report from the Burke Sheriff who was just helping on the case) cooperating with them fully. He's been at each and every search. The candle light vigil and now the balloon release. I don't think he has anything to hide.... if he did he wouldn't be putting himself out there as much.
