Storm Lake native, 36-year-old Justine Miller is 5’7 with hazel eyes and brown hair. She was last seen in the Lincoln, NE area on November 18, and it is reported that she stated she was heading back to Iowa.

Justine Miller, 36, was reported missing by family members in Iowa who said she had been staying at the People's City Mission in Lincoln but hadn't returned there Nov. 19.

Investigators have checked with the mission, Matt Talbot Kitchen & Outreach Center and several other places but have not located her yet.

Not much to work with, did anyone see was Justine on foot ? Vehicle info ? Was she staying at shelter ? Married ? How long had she been in Lincoln and why ? I will see what I can dig up in media. Family, police looking for missing woman last seen in Lincoln

Investigators have interviewed those at the People's City Mission, a place Pastor Tom says Justine was staying from November 13th through the 19th.


"She basically stayed at night, ate a few meals usually breakfast and dinner, and would leave for most of the day and then on the 19th she just left and we haven't seen her since," People's City Mission CEO, Pastor Tom said.


Not a lot to be said about her. I remember seeing this awhile back, but I guess I had figured she was found, then this popped up on my newsfeed yesterday.

I fear that would be me were I to go missing. Does Justine have family or friends looking for her? Didn't anyone miss her at the holidays? Did she have a car? How was she to get "back to Iowa"?

Did she have any friends at the mission? Anyone she spoke to there?... ugh, just nothing to go on... and so cold since she's been missing.
