Someone on reddit pointed this out.... Kratz was there the day the RAV4 was found, November 5th. This is direct testimony from Deputy Peter O'Connor, Day 4, page 122.

Q. All right. You said after Sergeant Orth and Lieutenant Hermann and then Detective Remiker arrived; did you see any other law enforcement presence?
A. There was various people coming at various times. I recall yourself being there eventually. Investigator Wiegert, I believe his name is, with your department, came by. Assistant District Attorney Griesbach from our District Attorney's Office arrived. So there was -- I remember your sheriff from this county arriving, Deputy Inspector Greg Schetter.

When Zellner tweeted thanking Kratz for his DNA.... I didn't know how it could be connected ... maybe.... LOL

One thing a case like this brings up is the incessant whack-a-mole of theories on top of theories on top of suppositions. One rumor is shot down then the next one appears.

Starting with the belief that Avery is absolutely innocent and was framed and then trying to work backwards requires the creation of twists, turns, and suppositions to try and make it all fit.

Starting with the victim and following the evidence requires fewer twists, as the evidence leads the way, not a particular belief.

Madeleine, until I looked at the place on Google Earth, I thought they all lived close to each other, but I see now too, that wasn't the case.

Im trying to figure out whos place is whos on GE.

It would be handy, if someone knows who lives where to take a screen shot of the salvage yard and put in where everyone lived.
Im not clever enough to do that though!
The only place Im sure of is SA's.

uhmmm that looks like an Avery wrote it LOL what does Sikikey mean? Interesting that alunamon is crossed out! It's a hard word to spell.... LOL aluminum/aluminium (and say for some people)

(hmmm I wonder if we spell it different in Canada, it's getting underlined so I put both spellings LOL )

I agree. It is aluminum and "sikikey". Where is there aluminum smelter nearby and who can't spell?

They had no source of blood for TH. Only SA. Also, they only needed to place SA in that vehicle. His blood or DNA in his home means nothing.

Amazing that there was a bloody murder and he bled all over the car, but her DNA wasn't present mixed in the blood? And only his DNA was on her key, but not hers? Hmmmm....

I never thought of the amount of blood they found. Your right! If there was a bloody murder why didnt they find more of TH's blood?? BD seemed to give this account of stabbing her and shooting her but there didnt seem to be much blood. I guess they could have wrapped her in something and maybe that was the amount that spilled out but that seems unlikely.

To be fair... SA had left to go to the family cabin, he was not there to give consent. He did give consent the day before for an officer to look around, I know the trailer was walked through, I don't know if any other buildings or the rest of the property was looked at.
My apologies if someone has pointed this out, it just struck me. I fell behind reading posts when I was on vacation.

It occurred to me that if I had killed someone, stashed the car in my junkyard, burned her body in my firepit, and a cop asked me if I could look around, I wouldn't say....Sure!
Nope, I'd ask for a search warrant.

No it isn't. Not at all. All he had to do was change gloves, change clothes, Put something down and then burn it all. He was at home.. Who was going to get in his way? He had all the time in the world.
Yes, he certainly did ... from 10/31 later afternoon to 11/3 or so. Three days to get rid of the car, bones, key, rifle, etc. I find it incredulous that he left all the evidence in "plain sight", unless he was 100% banking on saying he was framed. Seems to me it would have been easier to put everything in the car and sink it in a pond/lake somewhere. Guaranteed SA knows plenty of hidden away spots ...

I believe he was planning to claim he was framed from the beginning. I think it is possible he felt untouchable after the first case. He said it the first night.. I hope they don't frame me...

I don't trust this guy. Not at all. I believe he thought that he had the upper hand.

I forget when I even posted the post you replied too lol .... but it could be argued too that why didn't he take the remains with him and dump them???? If you believe he moved some to the quarry, some to the burn barrel... shoot, pack up the rest and take them to the cabin that is an hour away... lots of places to dump them and they never would have been found IMO

Not only did SA let officers into his trailer.... he had the media there, more than one news station.... yep, he was really concerned they would find something in his "backyard"

I could be wrong... but I don't think he thought that until news reporters started asking him... I remember seeing an interview with him and the reporter asked him a question about the RAV4, and it was like a lightbulb moment for him, and he said the only one's he could think of that had anything against him was the MCSD. If I come across it, I will post it.

Interesting angle, but that would make the "alibi" call @ 4:35 unnecessary and certainly total cleanup of the garage. Why not just remove all evidence entirely and not take the chance of getting arrested at all ? He could've taken the RAV4 with TH dead inside and made it disappear. LE might never have found it or her.

I am just curious about something. I have noticed that when you post, you seem to be ADAMANT about SA guilt, and I respect that as while many people are unsure of his guilt there are just as many that are unsure of his 100% innocence, as well (myself included). But I think that most people are coming away from this documentary questioning the investigation, even more than they are questioning SA's guilt/innocence. My question to you is that I want the opinion of a pro-guilt person on what you found right or wrong about the INVESTIGATION & TRIALS. So, what are your opinions on what LE & officials did right or wrong in this case?

Where is he going to put a car so it is never seen again??? Sometimes the thing quacks like a duck because it is a duck.

He calls her to establish alibi.. I think that he was not worried at all.

This is way too much for it to be anything but guilty..

There are all kinds of suspects that think they are being helpful and say yes..
