I'm also wondering how Desiree is doing now that more information is coming out in the divorce documents...The comment about how she would have taken Kyron had she known what was going on makes me go hmmm.
I couldn't believe no one else mentioned this before you!
Desiree said that she was upset she had no idea all of that was going on and had she known, she would have taken Kyron out of there.
She was referring to Terri being drunk, not taking care of Baby K, falling asleep on the couch, etc. Honestly... Kaine likely should have had Kyron go live with Desiree while he handled that situation if it was that bad.
There likely wasn't warning signs that Terri would hire a hitman, kidnap or kill anyone.... but there were definitely warning signs of danger... according to Kaine's own statements. That is horrible... the knowledge that this could have been prevented... by acting on those warning signs. It was easier when there didn't appear to be any at all.
Again, if she is innocent, what can be used against her? Where? Please show me. And why are you referring to the Miranda rights? She has not been arrested or charged with anything. Many of you here are claiming her innocence, yet on the flip side swear whatever she says will be used against her. It makes no sense.
If I was falsely accused (as many of you are saying she is) of a crime I did not commit, I can tell you now come hell or high water, I will do my damndest to fight and prove my innocence.
Bullied? By whom? Please, do tell! I'm very interested in your theory!
I agree with you, to a point. If I was falsely accused of a crime... I would struggle to talk to law enforcement simply because I trust nobody.
However.... if my options were:
A) Talk and possibly see my child
B) Don't talk and definitely don't see my child
Then the debate would be gone. I would spill my guts for the chance to see my child. I would have to have faith that since I knew I was innocent, my statements would prove that. If I had originally lied, I would have to back up my new statements... but I'd do it. I would also do whatever was required in the case of a missing child.
If she was just refusing to talk... I could somewhat understand that due to a fear of wrongful prosecution.
It is the refusing to talk, knowing that means she will NOT see her baby... that is beyond my comprehension.
