The whole seizure incident is very strange. It sounds to me as though, whatever happened, KC found a way to ensure that the hospital did not share any information with her parents. It also sounds like they, as usual, just accepted everything without ever questioning or understanding what really happened. I guess we'll find out more about this incident later. Without question, something very strange happened.
Hi Pink!

She's an adult so the hospital legally can't share her medical information without her consent, imo. :)

you didn't know KC was a mogul (without HS diploma) who was investing in the capital markets?:)

Seems to me that the A's are just like a bunch of gullible guppies with their mouths wide open looking to chomp on any little crumb of explanation Casey would toss their way! Casey lost money in the stock market, indeed! Casey was held up at gunpoint delivering money to CA's bank account (told to police).

The "stuff" they would believe and/or even reiterate to the FBI astounds me. GA tells one agent about how Casey went to the ER and he was told she had a seizure (by JG). GA goes on to say that he was told Casey went to the ER via ambulance and the FBI guy has to point it out to GA that if Casey went to the hospital via ambulance that GA "would know" because those rides are expensive (like $1k here in Orlando for a one-way trip). GA keeps recounting how he'd say to Casey, "This doesn't make sense." But then we never hear about any recourse for lying or follow-up to the lying!

Good theory. My theory is that perhaps they think he may have helped her and so they want the heat off him.

Could very well be. I have really stayed away from giving my own personal theory here on the when & hows of Caylee's death, just because I get too turned around myself to even put out a plausible explanation. I admire those WS's who have the patience and ability to organize this crazy families actions and even attempt to put in some kind of order all of the when's & how's - I just don't have what it takes to do it but one thing that keeps nagging at me and I can't seem to let go of it is the feeling that there was more to KC's plan, that it didn't end (end: when CA called LE (7/15) & she was arrested (7/16)) the way she had planned or intended - what I mean to say is that I feel very strongly that there were other people she had planned to harm as well and somehow tie into Caylee's disappearance/death. If I'm taking on some "CA" symptoms here, please tell me, you won't hurt my feelings!

what motives do Any of these people have for kidnapping Klee? Because she was so adorable?

Well, Cindy herself said to the FBI that Zani was allegedly watching Caylee for the pleasure of doing so! And that BS FLEW! Can you believe it? I mean, Caylee was cute but not that cute.

  • #105
I know you're right. There is only one thing that will ever induce Cindy to tell the exact truth and that is a belief that if she utters a single falsehood, she will go straight to prison.

Of course, if she does tell the truth under that threat of punishment, she will flat-out deny she said what she did as soon as that threat is removed.

She is not afraid of prison. Most prisoners adapt very well to confinement. This is not a woman who was living a rich, vibrant, fulfilling life. If she really feared confinement she would have copped a plea and said it was an accident. She will not and can not reveal the truth.

yes, this is what I mean by "snapped" that she killed Caylee.
I'm thinking JB will say that Caylee was given away to protect her but and that he wil discredit the forensics. I don't believe that, however.
LE has the interviews of KC saying Caylee was kidnapped by the nanny. Wouldn't those tapes be played in court before the jury?

none of the bs is flying. the fbi just lets her talk as much as she wants. they don't reveal their cards in the interview. But you can bet they are rotfl at the tapes.

Welcome!:blowkiss:
I was wondering this last night too! Great question as I had the same thoughts as you.

Thankyou Angel Who Cares for your welcome! :blowkiss:

I was shocked to hear CA adamantly proclaim to the FBI Agent that she was an excellent Mother and had taught KC to be an excellent mother to Caylee. Who talks like that? Most moms I know say they love their children dearly and do everything they can. They do not proclaim to be perfect. What perfect grandmother thinks that a nanny is going to keep her granddaughter for free and does not question or even get a phone number for this "nanny"?

Exactly what I was wondering. Cindy says the strangest things in this interview. She said Casey played classical music to her belly when she was pregnant with Caylee because that's what she did when she was pregnant with Casey. Cindy talks about how Casey would bathe Caylee every single morning and every single night because she herself would scrub her kids clean when they were young. She says Casey had Caylee asleep by 8 or 8:30 and if she happened to stay up later it was only because Cindy talked Casey into letting Caylee stay up later which even then was never past 10 or 10:30.

It's so excessive. She can't just say Casey would bathe, feed, and care for Caylee. It's simple day to day things that she either did or didn't do. If she scrubed behind her ears or how late she was allowed to watch Veggie Tales is irrelevant. It makes me think Cindy had to force Casey to do anything for Caylee.

Naw, I mean the BS flew when Casey told CA that Zani watched Caylee for no money! That BS flew with Cindy and she even told the FBI that.

I don't know about the rest of the mothers here, but I am not an excellant mother, BUT I am the best mother I know how to be, but I make mistakes everyday raising my kids. I have never had a "job" has hard as being a mother.......these lives that depend on me daily to do the right thing. How many nights I have gone to bed and prayed for the wisdom, patience and faith to do this "job" correctly. Love alone does not make a mother be. Motherhood is trial and error and Cindy will not even admit that......instilling her own mistakes in the perp; knowing they will be used on her daughter.

Doesn't Cindy realize that all mothers make mistakes and it is NOT something to be ashamed of. Just a thought as I have listened to Cindy ramble. I sit here and think......any grandmother/mother sitting where Cindy was then, that would be the ONE time that you admit your mistakes....anything to help and get your precious, innocent grandbaby home.

Hope that makes sense, for some reason I am having troubles getting my fingers to say what is in my head and heart.

Makes perfect sense to me, I think your fingers did a great job. :) I agree, I've been doing this mothering thing a long time now and I sure have not perfected it yet. I, like you, daily question if there is something I should have done differently or something I could have handled better. I just do my best to be the most loving, caring mother I can be and steer my kids in the right directions through love, discipline, and example. Then I close my eyes at night and pray for the best, lol. I think I would be uncomfortable saying the words, "I'm a really good mother." I would instead probably say "I try to be a really good mother and do the best that I possibly can."

Seriously, I mean, I think my kids are pretty spectacular and I have sure never been offered free daily babysitting services for the mere pleasure of being with my little angels.

Especially from a stranger! :D I don't believe any of it coming from CA or KC. MOO

Cindy also said Zanny didn't need money to babysit because her dad gave her a bunch of money. Cindy tries to connect Amy H as being Zanny, but she apparently forgot that Amy is homeless. Also, another statement Cindy makes after stating that Zanny didn't need the babysitting money was that Zanny (along with Casey) lost a bunch of money in the stock market so she was broke. Which is it, Cindy?

Evergreen: I have to wonder if it didn't :furious: them as well, heres this "CA clown" acting like shes the composer, conductor & producer of this circus and they're supposed to be her little lap dogs...yeah right:crazy: If I were to read the minds of the FBI, (which I am not claiming to have any psychic abilities - this is purely for entertainment purposes) heres my read;
"This lady isn't just out in left field, she isn't even in the ballpark, hey crazy lady, where're the F***in FBI, let me spell that for you, F-E-D-E-R-A-L B-U-R-E-A-U O-F I-N-V-E-S-T-I-G-A-T-I-O-N-S"

I'd still like to know whose money was lost in the stock market ~ considering Casey didn't have any except what she stole from her daughter and others. Of course, I don't believe any of this either. MOO

What you have to remember about the car is it was left on the 27th (Friday)it sat there over the weekend. Casey tried to get the car on the 29th (Sunday) but Amy was busy. Casey got Amy to get gas cans on the 30th (Monday) and stayed with Amy until she had to go to work. Amy said that Casey left when she did with the gas cans in Tony's Jeep. So on Monday the 30th by the time Casey got to Amscot, the car had been towed. So Cindy did not have a chance to see it on her way to or from work.

The car was there the morning of the 27th so CA could have seen it on her way home that night. It was still there until around 9:30 Monday morning. CA as per GA leaves for work around 7-7:30am. So it is possible that she could have seen it on both days.

I found CA's response to the question posed about abortion, and whether KC might have considered this option very curious. She was adamant that both she and KC "believe in abortion" but that KC never entertained the thought. Now I am pro-choice myself, but I would never say I "believe in abortion", also the greater Cindy's protestations the less inclined I am to believe what she says. Moreover if KC was as far along in her pregnancy before her family was informed, abotion was never a possibility from that point, something CA as a nurse would know, why not share this with the investigator? This would surely end all questions to whether or not KC intended to keep the pregnancy. This leads me to believe there is more to both KC's and the family's reaction to this pregnancy than has been shared. I wonder whether KC ever said that she wished she had had an abortion, or if Cindy even said something in a similar vein to KC. Perhaps in argument to deride KC as a mother. I find it difficult to believe that the As reacted calmly and joyously to the news.

Just finished listening to CA interview #5, which I found a link to in todays updates.
CA see's KC as an extension of herself. Often she talks about how KC thought of CA as her "role model", how KC even had CA's picture in her bible.
She paints the picture of KC being the model daughter.
None of what she says matches the picture of KC that is "real". This woman can't, IMO, admit that KC could do anything wrong, it would be the same as saying something were wrong with herself.
No wonder the FBI investigator was telling GA how CA didn't paint the same picture of KC that he did.
Cindy never stopped talking, never. When asked a question that "yes or no" would have been the answer she rambles on. Frankly it drove me crazy to listen to her!
According to her, drinking, drugs and staying awake till all hours of the night were not things KC did.
None of that matches any of the things that have been discovered and released.
I love my daughter with all my heart, but I can tell you her faults. She can tell you mine also...LOL

Amy is suspect, Amy is suspect, how dare her to say that, the first time and only time she met her, and Amy takes her to her daughter and Cindy takes the 200 plus dollars that belonged to Amy and this is the thanks she gets. un fn believable. sorry
