Where do you sign up for verdict watch text? TIA (although most times the text comes after it's read :( )

So weird. I don't know what to do with myself now.

Don't understand why Kat did not get charged with conspiracy to commit murder. Then she could have still been witness for prosecution and gotten a leeser sentence but more than 1and1/2 years.
If ever in trouble I want Kat's lawyer.

Her sentence was 21 years. With the plea deal, 1 1/2 to 3 in prison, 18 years probation. Any violation and she goes back for the full 21. IIRC

I was hoping that the Stoddard trial streamed--but alas---its not

I was to, but haven't seen a tweet saying in was streamed. I couldn't figure out what station it was on yesterday. I had it up on WAT, never got to watch it though.

Seth Mazzaglia is back in the courtroom, his mother is in the front row behind him. Normally he looks straight ahead when he comes and goes, but now he glances her way. His leg is bouncing wildly as he sits leaning in his chair, facing the front of the court. The Marriott family members are chatting, Mr. Marriott leaning with his back to the bench in front of him conversing with Lizzi's Mom and Grandmother. Can't imagine how families cope with this.

The only way it could be M1 is if all the witnesses (Kat, Ramos, the other inmate, the addict) are disbelieved, no one testified that it was a planned murder.

what I am hoping the jury sees is that it does not take much time to plan it...the way I see it (and hopefully jury too) is that I don't think the intention was to kill her...but as things moved along and did not go his way I think it evolved and all the tools were there...I think it may have had something to do with the breath stuff and as he said it went too far this time...when he saw she was in bad shape he made sure the deed was finished and that to me could give him murder 1...given they no doubt think it was a shared murder could they think m2 ...yes entirely possible though I think it is M1.

OT I'm having trouble with that one too. WAT no longer shows a link and cc is on news? Maybe court is on break. I saw some of it streamed yesterday IIRC.
