Wonder how the State feels about the deal it made with the devil - kats?

IMO, they'd have never done it without her -- but she got The Deal of the Century, IMO.

The only thing that consoles me re Kat's sentence is her loooonnng probation period. If she fluks that up, she'll serve her entire sentence -- that is how it is in NC, and I read here it was the same -- the full sentence. I can't see that Woman of Warp keeping it in the road for years & years. I just hope "they" keep a hairy eyeball on her for the whole probation period.

I hope Lizzie's family can have some sort of peace, if at all possible. I saw it live on WMUR mobile and even Fox News had a blurb on it a few minutes ago.

Well that was crap, follow a trial for 4 weeks & all feeds fail for verdict & press conference......:stormingmad: :tantrum:

can someone please give link so that I can watch it? Very frustrating...nothing for that whole verdict but spinning wheels....really bad. I want to see it for myself. So glad the jury saw it and agreed that Seth while he did not act alone was 100% responsible for what he did. Hope the judge gives this slime the max.

Isn't the sentence for M1 in NH an automatic LWOP? Does the judge have a choice on that? On the others, prolly yes.

Yes, he is.

Mr. Marriott's class stands in stark contrast to the testimony about the 2 killers and the scummy real-life and fantasy underworld they lived in. The defense tried to sling mud at his daughter, but they failed. The fact that Mazzaglia and McDonough killed Lizzi for not participating willingly shows that his vibrant college daughter was not like them.

Mr. Marriott's composure in the thanking all the good, decent people who worked to find his daughter and to bring these killers to justice is remarkable. His grief must be overwhelming and yet he reached out to thank others.

Class, pure and simple.

I hope we here from the jury because I didn't believe at least half of what kat said.

Did it really rest on the testimony of two jail house guys? One a former drug addict and the other a sex offender?

I wonder what the numbers are for the people who have had their probation pulled for this kind of deal/crime in that State?

Yes I think seth was shocked. I bet the cards showed him a picture of a boat sailing away. He misunderstood it meant he was going up the river! :floorlaugh:

Not that I know of right now. They were on Wmur but Court Chatter had them on her website. All of the tweeter CC, Trial Diary Jen, WAT and Queen Sharee get there videos from a TV station that is carring the trial. Jen imo is the only one that shows the station that is really providing the feed.

I don't know if it is archived but the dad thanked everyone involved for their dedication to helping get justice for his daughter but it doesn't replace not having her.

He said nothing about working on a law because of this tragedy. ( I forget if it was the deal kat got?).
