Very happy SM was convicted, justice has been served. :jail: Still not happy that KM was granted immunity though.

Thank you - I missed the verdict as hubby is home sick. I feel a sense of peace and comfort knowing this animal will likely be in prison for the rest of his life. Guilty on all five charges - thank goodness.

For the legal eagles, I thought charges 1 and 2 were "pick one or the other". They were both basically the same, except for the 2nd charge including the rape. How can they pick both? That kinda confused me.

In any case, I hope the family finds some peace, and we don't see this guy wanting a new trial next week.

Great job jury! I am a little surprised on the 1st degree conviction, I probably would have gone 2nd since I didn't believe a word that KM said. But, great job!

Borndem :hug:When I first heard it I thought it was coming from one of the five or six screens I have shrunk on this desktop. Then it hit me. Someone was being laid to rest across the street. And I thought of Lizzi and how that was just one more thing those animals denied her.

I never heard the pipes before. Yeah sure on TV but this was sadder. One person playing. So alone.

The sadness tore my heart Borndem and I said a prayer for that person and our Lizzi.

Isn't it so Ironic you would hear the pipes at this time. Makes me cry for Lizzi. We are all connected in sadness for a life that is over with so much more to have experienced in this life. RIP Lizzi.

I hope this sends a message to Seth and all abusers this will not in no way ever give them a free get out of jail card. Seth is despicable and all of the abusers like him. He is one stupid man signed and dated by his own writings. Can't wait for the sentencing.

Kat's family are very lucky she is still on this earth as dumb as a girl as she is.
