Seth's version talks about breath play, inferring that Lizzi was interested... that Seth talked about establishing safe words... 'teddy bear'... that Lizzi asked about wanting to use a harness, and that he, Seth, suggested they start more slowly... Kat says none of this happened that night

Good question. But if it is only because she drastically reduced her part in this crime? IDK if the court has to disregard her entire testimony? yikes!!

Lizzi's family and friends have filled two rows again, her Mom is back. Several law students have been coming to the trial, they are taking notes.

Seth's letters are graphic to Kat... telling her what to say is going on sexually, bizarrely detailed... 'eyes fluttering' etc. ... He says they checked Lizzi's breathing and she was alive... that she'd had a seizure... he has corrections and changes in the margins...

Haunts unless seth pulls a psychotic break and falls writhing to the ground with foam coming out of his mouth where he is dragged off to the mental hospital I think his goose is cooked with the evidence presented.
We have a picture of what happened and what these two people did to LM.

Her story will hold up IMO. Sure she may have 'tweaked' her version and minimized her involvement but that will not reduce the guilt seth owns in this crime. Perhaps it will come out that Lizzi didn't die instantly and that kat sat on her legs for a while to stop any noise from kicking.

If by some miracle the defense can get her to break and admit the painting 'tarp' wasn't there for seth's mothers house but for the body to be disposed of can the State go after her? But what would be the point of the defense doing that? Showing premed? So :banghead:
