I would think they would be considered accomplices after the fact or accessories to the crime or to the cover-up. This isn't like driving down the street and seeing someone rob a bank. They were invited into a murder scene and touched the body and discussed disposing the body. Then left and said nothing. How long they were there, what they really know and how involved they were are all speculations based on the tales of the four people that were in that apartment who all seem to have different tales.

If you wrote this story out as a fiction, no one would think it believable.

Gotta say so again. I think Barth is a superb defense attorney. Took him a bit to get up to speed with this witness who excels at lying, but one he did.......very impressive!

You are onto something here! Remember when Barth was questioning KM and asked, " what happened to the cider? Did the glasses break? Did it spill all over the floor?" KM was stunned, no one had apparently asked her this question before so she didn't make up a story to fit this in.

Surely, if she and Lizzi were sitting on the floor, drinking cidar and watching tv when Lizzi is grabbed by behind and strangled, then laid out on the floor and raped, those glasses must of gone flying.

Reminds me of someone else with their Strawberry Frappachino.
Too many minute details, IMO.

I believe it is a trick used by liars. Sprinkle details of truth so it is easier to recall the chain of so called events and make it sound real to the audience. Who else would remember such a minute detail unless it was burned into their subconsious because she was so deeply traumatized by it. :sick:
