Wow! The first thing I notice watching her testimony on this link is that she really doesn't remember what happened according to her own testimony to the Grand Jury. She needs to read it to remember what happened. That sounds like a lie because the truth don't change, it just stays there!

I thought Lizzie sent Kat the text that she was out of class and on her way about 8:41 p.m. and Seth was in the shower when Lizzie got there close to 9:00. That's what I recall from the trstimony of the timeline anyhow, I plan to watch Kat's testimony for the prosecution sometime over this weekend (I must be a little masochistic myself), mostly for her demeanor but also for the timeline to become clearer.

The card game was about over when Andrea's text came in.

Asked Lizzie if she wanted to stay longer, she said a little while.

Seth asked Lizzie if they could have sex in front of her, she said no.

Watched the movie a little bit longer and then that's when Seth 'did it'.

Around 9 p.m, Lizzie texted a friend in Westborough MA saying she was going from UNH to Dover that night.
About 9:30 she texted Kat saying she was on her way.
10:10 she texted Kat saying that she had arrived.

I think I'm calling baloney on every bit of Kat's timeline testimony, Lizzie got to the outer door at 8:51 p.m., Seth texted Kat at 10:28 p.m. about painting, everything else Kat has said is, to me, a big fat fib. I hope like heck that Barth calls Seth to the stand and he testifies to something believable, that fits the timeline of the evidence that exists.

I just keep going over the last twenty minutes in my mind. I VERY highly doubt that "painting" refers to something along the lines of "murder and mayhem". I also think that if KM were the "Dom" in the relationship, she would not have copped to being "nervous" nor would she have said it was SM's decision.

So, either it's as she says, and he wanted to entice LM into sexual activity and got angry when rebuffed, or it was "play" gone wrong. I highly doubt it was "play" gone wrong because a) Why would KM lie to the grand jury about it if it actually had been an accident since it certainly puts both of them in a (bad but) better light than SM intentionally murdering LM and KM helping with the rest after seeing a murder/rape and b) The idea that LM would put a stop to any titillating fun they were having before it crossed the line into cheating on her girlfriend seems truer to me than her consenting to a BDSM threesome.
