Judge isn't going to allow the State to re-re-re direct!!!! That is something

so...defense can just have at it (within scope) and they cannot rehab her at all...guess it has to stop somewhere but Barth intends to capitolize on that.

first question as to whether she contends he was controlling...and she goes ah.......it really seems that her attorneys could work with her (she claims to be an actress) on when a question is yes or no and so cut and dried she should just answer it would improve her credibility.

I have no idea how they work it up there. I wonder if at that point he had any idea of how much an attny would cost for a murder trial, he only worked at Best Buy and did theater, how much could he possibly have had in the bank? Wait, didn't he have about a grand or so that the heroin user withdrew?

IMO SM was referring to the financial resources that his parents offered him. SM father (pity the man) was involved in Seth's defense from the beginning. SM phoned his father at his arrest and the father took KM to see Barth, resulting in the investigator's report of KM's "story." In the conversation where the tarot decision was made, SM told KM to inform his father of the decision. Since SM & KM were planning to be married (and other nonsense) I think Seth had his parent's money in mind to hire an attorney or provide support to KM. I believe such a defense (for murder) would cost many 10s of thousands or 100s of thousands. IIRC J Arias' defense cost several million dollars.

And now Barth is discussing it!
