don't think this witness did anything for the defense but hurt their case. I find now that they have showed her close up her attire is sort of pathetic for a professional. Unlike Paul who may just not know better...I think this woman should. Wow...she must be very very cold...what a hot mess...sorry but if you get on a witness stand in that get up knowing you are testifying in a murder trial televised...well comments are sure to follow.

Yeah!!! It just looks bad. Maybe this is her first time as a witness but if all she is doing is telling the truth then you don't have to be apprehensive about the line of questioning.

Because of her physical reaction I am doubting she hadn't formed a judgement call against kat and allowed her personal feelings to influence her questioning.

Considering the totality (manner of dress and demeanor) it does seem likely this is her first turn on the stand, she has no cause for the apprehension yet it's quite visible.

Hinckley points out that a report about Kat's demeanor wasn't written immediately after the interview... it was a report done 18 months after the fact in anticipation of this trial.

she works with all these defense lawyers every day (I think) so probably worried about her job.

I don't know, I try to give all witnesses the benefit of the doubt until their testimony removes it, not quite sure how to assess her yet.

the combination of those eyes and her repetition of "sure" leaves me with the impression she knows she is looking bad and that Hinkley has points.

'Sure' is a less than assertive answer on the stand. IMO It reminds me of the less believable 'whatever' people say when they don't want to commit to a yes or no answer.

Check this witness out she has moments of total assertiveness followed by the waffling 'sure'...
