Jersey City man missing since Sunday

Richard Ortega was scheduled to fly to the Dominican Republic later that morning, but disappeared and lost contact with his family prior to the flight.

His car was found near Liberty State Park, authorities said.

How strange...Do they think foul play is involved? It's been 3 weeks now.

Very sad.
I don't believe there was foul play. It may have been suicide.

There was a funeral and mortuary info and he'd only been missing a few months so it's doubtful he'd be ruled deceased without them actually finding him, right?
