But instead of a Christmas display, a sign now sits in front of the Parze home – a sign that reads, “Stephanie Come Home” along with the Freehold Police Department phone number – 732-462-7500. It is front-and-center along a busy road right off a highway, in a town of around 35,000 people.

As the investigation into his missing daughter goes into its third week, he said law enforcement has been tight-lipped. "They're really keeping us in the dark," he said. "It's on a need-to-know basis."

Parze said he is still finalizing the details of his search, which is scheduled to take place later this week. Police have already searched Staten Island twice in relation to Stephanie's disappearance, as well as the residence of John D. Ozbilgen, her one-time boyfriend.

The on-again-off-again boyfriend of a missing Freehold Township woman sent her 10 unanswered angry texts the night before she went missing, prosecutors revealed Tuesday shortly before a judge ordered him released from jail on an unrelated child possession charge.

Monmouth County Assistant Prosecutor Caitlyn Sibley told a judge about the derogatory texts on Tuesday while trying to convince a Superior Court judge to keep John Ozbilgen in jail as authorities continue to search for Stephanie Parze, 25, of Freehold Township. Ozbilgen blamed Parze for the failed relationship in the profane texts, Sibley said.

"Ozbilgen was charged with one count of possession of child , a quantity of files under 1,000, earlier this month. Prosecutors said Tuesday they searched Ozbilgen’s cell phone and found 10 child images, with the victims as young as 3."

Disgusted...felt sick after reading this...wish Stephanie never crossed paths with this vile human being.

News 12 has learned that prosecutors officially called him a person of interest. They also claim they found 10 violent images of child on his phone. Those images were found from search warrants originally related to Parze.

News 12 also learned Ozbilgen had marks on his neck when questioned after Parze’s disappearance, and he was fired from his job as a stockbroker on Staten Island.

"For the first time, authorities Tuesday named one-time boyfriend John D. Ozbilgen as a person of interest into the disappearance of Stephanie Parze, the Freehold Township woman who's been missing since Oct. 30.

Also during that investigation, police learned that Stephanie told others that she was in fear for her life because he continued to have contact with her after that Sept 23 incident, prosecutors said in court.

Prosecutors also revealed that Ozbilgen has a restraining order against him from a previous relationship in New York, but provided no other details.

Ozbilgen has to report in person and by phone twice a month, and is barred from using the Internet or any drugs."

Class act. He blinks a lot when his actions are reiterated... like when it’s said out loud he sort of realizes what he’s been capable of... throw the book at him he’s clearly a threat to women (and children!) and likely wouldnt be capable of stopping even if he tried.
