In my previous post, there are direct quotes attributed to Charles Webster of the prosecutor's office stating that the search and arrest are not related to Stephanie's disappearance. The probable cause document you linked says absolutely nothing about the search being related to Stephanie's disappearance. It states under "Description of relevant facts and circumstances which support probable cause ... " the probable cause is listed as:

On 11/8/2019, during a forensic review of the results of the cellphone extraction of the Apple iPhone X belonging to John D. Ozbilgen an image of child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 was found.

If the search was related to her disappearance, where is the probable cause document specifically for that search?

Right, there doesn't appear to be one!!!

The media, as usual, certainly isn't helping by adding confusion to a confusing and upsetting situation. When is focusing on getting their facts straight going to be more of a priority than putting out a catchy headline????

And to clarify, again, after checking all available msm sources I could find, a specific POI hasn't been NAMED as of yet. Although things are always changing, so I could very easily be wrong ;)

Praying you are found safe and soon Stephanie

Oh, and thank you to our moderators for the fun job of holding us all accountable and making sure we are respectful to victims, families, friends, and even unknown poi's ;)

imo

The Office of the Monmouth County Prosecutor clarified information given to the Press Friday stating that the search and arrest were "completely unrelated to the disappearance of Parze." The 25-year-old woman has been missing since Oct. 30.

On Sunday, county prosecutor spokesman Chris Swendenman clarified that the search of the home of John D. Ozbilgen was related to Parze's disappearance. His arrest on child 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 charges, however, is not related.

Freehold missing woman: Search of friend's house related to disappearance; arrest not linked

Thank you for finding that more recent clarification, bears10.

Members can now disregard Friday's clarification by one spokesperson and go with the more recent clarification by the other spokesperson on Sunday :D

Until such time as LE officially names someone as a POI/suspect, you can continue to discuss what is said about them in MSM or by LE and sleuth away behind the scenes, but no posting of any of that information on the board.

IF Tricia wishes to make a thread specific decision to allow sleuthing of JO as a POI, we will let you know if/when that happens.

ETA: At this point, I would still prefer a direct quote from Swendeman ;)

l haven’t seen it mentioned that LE suspects she is a victim of foul play. They have also stated on 11/4 that they suspect there is no general threat to the public.

What does this mean? Could Stephanie have ran off somewhere possibly been suicidal?

Something still doesn’t sit well with me about the POI or non POI whichever it is . I think it will come out that he had a hand in this. But how could LE state that there is no threat to the general public prior to him being arrested on an unrelated change.

“Police Chief Ernest Schriefer] wants to assure the residents that thus far in the investigation, we do not believe there is a threat to the general public,” police said in the post.”

N.J. woman now missing for 5 days. Cops don’t believe there’s a threat to the public.

BC say he or whoever did do something to hurt her, it is probably suspected that she was targeted specifically. Not just some crazy person running around choosing people out of the general public at random, if that makes sense.

Yes I believe they’re leaning towards domestic foul play thus no threat to the community

Did they search Long Island? That's quite a drive and quite a large area.

I thought they searched an area of Staten Island due to his phone. I guess the phone could lead LE anywhere if he indeed kept it on.

"Nearly 200 law enforcement officials are searching marshlands in Staten Island in the investigation into the disappearance of Stephanie Parze.

More than a dozen New York Police Department vehicles, along with two buses from Monmouth County, are parked along Page and Adelphi avenues at the edge of Long Pond Park. The area is marshland, surrounded by thick vegetation. At least one Monmouth County investigator was seen carrying a machete to cut through the thicket. Other officers were seen wearing backpacks and carrying walking sticks.

"Information and evidence we’ve induced have caused us to want to look again in that area,” Gramiccioni said."

Search underway on Staten Island in connection to disappearance of Stephanie Parze

Authorities say Parze's ex-boyfriend, John Ozbilgen, was arrested on child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 charges after police searched his home in connection to Parze's disappearance.

It appears police also have evidence that he was in the park that night she disappeared.
Yes it was stated the first time LE searched that park on Staten Island that his phone was detected there for 6+ hours...And that he claimed he often had romantic liaisons there at this park.

Linked above previously during first search.
