I downloaded Maxthon geevee and can already see it's faster than ID or Firefox. So I'll keep it. Thanks for the tip!

You're welcome, NCE. If you go to View/Toolbars you can eliminate any extras it shows on the screen as default (I don't recall, Slimbrowser had 3, Maxthon may only have the links bar). I love SlimBrowser but it doesn't work that well with IE 8 and since I still have XP, Maxthon works better. I'll go back to SB once I upgrade my OS. :)

I have the siren bars, what happened to the pic?

I'm taking Topamax for migraines but it's a seizure medication and I swear some days it makes me dyslectic in my typing and my thought processes. I hope by now you all have learned to read between the lines with me. I never mean any harm!!

Oh NCEast I take Topamax also but for a different reason. I take it for nerve pain and it helps a lot with it. I have take many others for the same thing but they made me more depressed (one of the side effects). I have more trouble with just remembering, names and words. I just know I will be a candidate for Alzheimer's.

I have honestly expected her to be there more often than the couple of days she has made an appearance. Either she is working and can't get off, doesn't have any more vaca time left, doesn't want to be there and just doesn't care. I hope it's the last.

I have a hunch that she was advised not to come very often and I may be way of base and this MOO but it sits with me funny when she is there and I think it does not sit to well with the jury either. I know she is the wife but it is the circumstances of how and when they got together and LC's sex driven life style which is part of the motive. It is a balance of yes she should be there to support at times because that is important too but not constantly because then it is like in the juries face and her presence is not kind to the Cordova family and the jury recognizes that probably. So Serna had to be careful with Heather. IMO

Oh lord honey, don't say that! Alzheimers is such a sad disease. I'll probably end up with it too....maybe we can end up in the same old folks home together.

That's exactly right and it makes perfect sense, you are so smart CJ!
I'm sure when the jury sees her it brings to mind that she is only one of the many girlfriends LC had during his marriage.

NCEast and Jewel53 don't say that plus there could possibly be a cure they have made great advances in the area of Alzheimer's and you don't have it today. Live in today because that is all any of us have. It is called the present because it is a present. You both are awesome for just being here and caring.

That was a good ruling for the state.

This judge took the evening to decide. I think he had to find for the state based on existing law in the state. serna, IMO, is a loose cannon he will push the envelope and make demands. I think I heard him refer to one case law but otherwise he uses his own power of persuasion to win arguments. I find him to be outrageous. He really did fight for this client.

Agree. I also wonder if the jury believes that the two of them weren't 'carrying on' much earlier than the chaste couple admits.

Thank You CJ that means so much to hear someone say that. It is a struggle sometimes having people help you to remember names by giving them clues. I guess I can look at it like a game. LOL

Thanks again!

Just me but I would have preferred Kenner on closing. I guess I still haven't resolved the smirking...

McKay says nothing about the gun being unseated by Levi as an automatic reflex to years of training. :( Blames it on adrenalin rush.

I know I thought the same thing maybe she will do the rebuttal. Like the slam dunk at the end.

Can the state take 1 1/2 hours let the defense go with it's 3 hours and come back for the final 1 1/2 hours?

I have wondered the same thing. To me it is so obvious they were.

I kept thinking go in the policy handbook and show what is a 34 exactly by definition.

LC looks flushed, mottled skin, and sweaty.

They can in NC but I don't know about NM.

It may be me but I think McKay is jumping around too much. I am not fond of his sarcasm. I just wish he would present the facts and enunciating and punctuating the most important issues the jury needs to remember.
