Heather and Levi's story makes no sense.

She may be very defensive. She looks tough as nails but I imagine she knows how most of the viewing public and the people in the court room think of her. That can't be easy. She was still married. I just know I wouldn't like getting arrested by her. I think she would give arms an extra twist and knee your backbone until it almost pops thru your throat.

It's highly unusual in 'normal' trials as it's somewhat ill-mannered and not accepted unless whoever is presenting their closing is really out in left field somewhere. I didn't understand the objection--all I heard was Serna mumbling.

What is with the prosecutors and their sarcasm? I watched some of the zimmerman prosecution closing this morning and he was dripping with sarcasm too.......why doesn't McKay just tell about the evidence and quit jumping around?

Prosecutor was saying something about Tera taking a picture of someone in a shower for a video....and then Serna objected...even tho he hated to! Then prosecutor went on to something else and did not continue on the picture......so I assume Serna caught something that was not entered into evidence in prosecutors closing. I do not remember anything mentioned about a picture in a shower during trial but I did not hear all the testimony. Does anyone else remember a shower picture during testimony?

I think the smirking is just in Mckays behavior. I really don't think he means any thing by it.

My DH smiles and laughs a lot and I don't understand it. Sometimes I get on to him, but most of the times I just tune him out. He drives me crazy with it though.
