That's what I mean, if the tape is part of the evidence I don't know why they had to go out in the first place. I have never watched anything, even on tv, that comes close to the trial thus far.
The def. atty is playing the same old game--attack the evidence, attack the witnesses. Subverting attention away from the murderer and his actual crime.
