Lol...:floorlaugh: I know! I'm going to just re-listen to this tonight to fall asleep instead of taking melatonin.

When I muted my computer and laid down for my nap Serna was talking about case law regarding Bright or something that sounds like Bright. When I just came back, he was still talking about Bright. Have they had lunch yet, anybody know???
ok in all seriousness you guys, I am a bit worried. IF Slama's and Farrelly's testimonies are stricken from the record, the prosecution's theory does go to the cr@pper. Does this mean mistrial is possible?

Hi NCEast! Yes, they broke for lunch and just came back about 15 minutes ago and he started right where he left off, although it sounds very repetitious now
Plus, the feed has gone out a couple of times, too.

I'm so confused by this trial, I don't know what to think.
I haven't followed too closely today although I read some of the posts on here. When I brought up the trial feed I wondered who that young man was on the stand and I was very surprised to find it was McKay the prosecutor! The prosecutor!! What is THAT about? I've never seen or heard about a trial as wacky as this one has been so far!
Why is the judge allowing him to jump up in the middle of the PT's time? Goodness.
