They just took the lunch break. They will be back in a different courtroom maybe? And defense has to set up exhibits before the break ends......what do you suppose the chances are that they actually set them up during break?

Mr. Seacat did NOT wait long enough to call 911 tho. He thought more evidence would be destroyed......I am surprised that Mr. Chavez did not get someone else to go and check on his "wife" when his mother said she could not reach her. Maybe he wanted to make sure he had "staged" correctly?

I think a lot of these type of spouse killers are impressed with themselves and are sure they have staged the perfect crime to look like suicide. I think their egos are their undoing. Scott Peterson, Brett Seacat and now Levi Chavez. All three macho types.

Ok, it's a hiking stick that comes with a snow..........and then I lost my feed. Are we finished for the day or for lunch? Damn.

They flew this witness in, so I doubt they would send him home without his testimony. Remember they have already spent around $36 k on him if I remember right.

I know, that's why I'm worried. There is no court tomorrow, Friday or Monday and I don't think the man and his wife want to fly back to VA and then back to NM again for Tuesday morning's court. They better get on the ball.

Yes they are moving to another court room and should be back around 1 pm mountain time. They are to move all the evidence they will need. Apparently the computer monitor or something like that is down and the person to fix it is gone.

I have been so unimpressed with everybody and everything that has gone on in this trial I will be very, very surprised if anybody works through lunch to get the exhibits and monitors in working order by the time they are set to resume. I just hope the cameraman moves too so we can continue to watch.

What happened to live feed?

It was pulled FAST when they announced lunch. I just hope the camera people can get set up in the new courtroom.

I'm watching the live feed from Tahrir Square (Cairo, Egypt), if anyone wants to watch during the lunch recess:

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/wor...cean/egypt/10156630/Egypt-in-crisis-live.html

Latest
18.38 Army troops and armoured vehicles have deployed across much of Cairo, surrounding protests by the president's supporters, and at key facilities and major intersections, according to the Associated Press. It's not clear at this stage whether this is in preparation for a coup, or simply a precaution against widespread disorder, but it indicates that the army is taking things into its own hands.

I got a quick nap but thank you for the link, I will check on it later. I am so very worried about the things going on there.

Me, the black changed over to the bars. Oh I hope we have a stream this afternoon. However, if we don't, I have a million things I need to get done in this house. This makes the 3rd back to back to back trial I've watched since maybe the first of April and my house is upside down.

Right now there is a courtroom picture.....all the major lawyers and the defendant and the last witness....all in the courtroom!

The same for me, I really need a long break. I am managing to get some basic things done but that is about it.

I have to leave for a dentist appt., probably miss the rest of the testimony for the week 9darn it), I'll catch up here after I get home.

Oh - Morsi is out in Egypt, some calling it a military coup but I think it's a people's coup and they're giving the military the chance to right the wrong forced upon them when they ran this candidate, sure that the people would vote for the Mubarak crony instead, even though they did not like or trust Morsi and he proved their feelings correct.

The military better man up this time and let the people choose the candidates to vote for and put in a constitution that sees to all peoples, not mainly one sector.

Okay, rant over, see you all later.
