Prosecutor was saying something about Tera taking a picture of someone in a shower for a video....and then Serna objected...even tho he hated to! Then prosecutor went on to something else and did not continue on the picture......so I assume Serna caught something that was not entered into evidence in prosecutors closing. I do not remember anything mentioned about a picture in a shower during trial but I did not hear all the testimony. Does anyone else remember a shower picture during testimony?

I don't remember it from any testimony but I did see it listed on the big screen chart that was up at the moment of the objection. The camera panned over to the screen when they were at the judge's bench and that's when I saw it. I wish Ms. Keener would not get right in the middle--each time she blocks the view of the judge and I'm pretty good at reading lips if I can see them.

It's vague but I remember something about a wet towel slung over the top of the TV as and shorts on the carpet as if someone took a very recent shower. But not pics/video of shower by Levi?

What is with the prosecutors and their sarcasm? I watched some of the zimmerman prosecution closing this morning and he was dripping with sarcasm too.......why doesn't McKay just tell about the evidence and quit jumping around?

Telling the jury to use their common sense? Then it is "not new" with hands going up and down and smirk on his face..............

I couldn't agree with you more, it's so unnecessary and likely offensive to the jurors, it would be to me.

Our cable went out due to the storms apparently and my husband is on the phone talking with them about what he needs to do to restore it. I had to turn my volume on the trial down and missed the break stuff. This is too early for lunch, maybe they are going to break up their closing?

Serna I don't think is happy because he will have to be interrupted twice during his closing. Once for lunch and again for break, maybe. I hope and pray lease: that he doesn't talk for 3 hrs. :banghead:

I take a different observation and of course it is MOO. I don't hear it as sarcasm and I realize I may be the odd man out here. I hear as passion, the moving around, facial expressions, voice intonations all of it. I feel like McKay rocked it and tore LC up in credibility. I did not want McKay to stand there still and read the evidence off in a monotone like reading a lab report. He is fighting for Tera. This is just me. I was cheering in my car at the end saying some things out loud that I am glad no one heard.

Defense tells the jury thank you for their service ....and then apologizes for mixing up people's names during the trial. Talks about his daughters and how he never gets their names correct.......big fail there!

LOL defense has a big poster board with the levels of guilt that the jury might find the defendant.........I am not sure what this has to do with the price of tea in china......but at least defense is not mumbling.......

I wonder....doesn't defense have anything else but talking about burden of guilt........I bet he is going on a tiny bit of doubt not reasonable doubt in this little guilt speech!
