I had a kind of Twilight Zone moment regarding Zabasearch. I'd never heard of it before until Springrain posted mentioned it in another thread. A few minutes later after reading her post, I looked up Marilyn Milligan and the first thing that popped up was that Zabasearch thread. It kind of freaked me out, lol.

I noticed a new entry on AGJD's rule out list, for a Marilyn Milligan, but there's a star next to her name? Never seen that before. I did a quick search and found someone looking for her on a site looking for lost people, and that she went missing from MO in 1977, but I couldn't find her listed in NamUs or on here. Anyone know anything about this MP by chance?

I wonder if she is on NamUs but hidden from public view because they do not have a police report, but reading carbuff's reply I'm not sure. Would have to ask her case worker or ME. I'll see if Rainwater can ask next time she submits.

AGJD NamUs - Marilyn Milligan * 1966 Missouri

I think the star means the person isn't in Namus. Mary Frances Gregory, a Canadian woman, is listed that way in a couple of places.

Marilyn Milligan with that birth date is listed as dying in Lexington MO at age 11 (June 1977), so apparently it was a child abduction or something. But I can't find any newspaper articles or anything. I have no idea why family members might have thought she might be AGJD.

There was at least one SK named the "Alphabet Murderer" because all of his victims' names began with the same alliterative first letter of first name and same first letter of their last name. IIRC, the SK (s) was/were operating in the 1970s, as well, and the killings were known as the Alphabet Killings. The killer in NY was never caught; Joseph Naso was convicted of 4 of the California alphabet murders. Kenneth Bianchi was suspected of being the NY killer because by a stunning coincidence, he happened to be in NY when the killings occurred there.

I will make a note to ask when I turn in more names to the Clark County Coroner's Office.I will ask if the star next to someone's name means the case is hidden on NAMUS.

Oh, yes, that's a possibility too. I didn't think of that.

If someone else wants to turn Tammy Akers in, go ahead. I am swamped with work until June 2nd, plus an immediate family relative of mine is not doing very well healthwise at the moment.

Angela Rader has a very large gap in her top teeth front teeth, I'm pretty sure this isn't her.

Anyone think it might be Patricia Taylor?

Yeah, the S tattoo is interesting, they both have red hair and their teeth look similar to my untrained eye. Supposedly she went missing after August1981, but records can get lost. IDK if Patricia has been turned in, but it would be worth a look. Patricia's sister has commented on the match saying it's an "unofficial rule out" but only identifiers will tell

Who knows? Lots of similarities but not officially ruled out...mmm that 'S tatoo has me thinking!! Thanks for your feedback Springrain!!

I personally don't think it is her either due to the distance and time between Angela’s disappearance and this doe’s death but it bugs me that Tammy Akers was run against this doe when I can’t see that she has any similarities to her, whereas Angela does and they disappeared together.

According to Patricia Taylor's FB page, her DNA is being run through CODIS right now for potential matches. Her sister doesn't believe AGJD is Patricia due to the dates, but I think they're including her anyway. It's not just the records she basing this on, which we all know can be wrong, but also the fact that residents from one of the group homes Patricia was living in after the discovery of AGJD also recall seeing Patricia. At least, that's how I read it, but for clarification, you can contact Patricia's sister either on Patricia's WS thread or her FB page.
Also, I think someone submitted it already, too.

How odd...I had no idea they were ruling the match out before. The timeline does not add up, you're right...especially with documented time of foster care placements. Thanks for the clarification and more info!!

Thanks Alleykins...I feel a bit foolish!! Yes, this has already been looked into quite a bit ago!! I am inexperienced and didn't know there was a thread for Patricia already!! Thanks again for your help pointing the way!!

How long does it take to make a match/rule out when they start the process of comparing a UP to an MP?
