In blood tests , for weed, the numbers
only mean a "detection" threshold - it is not like alcohol. Totally different entity. It has little correlation to impairment - it just means there was some there , to indicate exposure TCH sometime in some peroid.
Or to put it another way ...
All it indicates is "use" and or exposure (pot filled room/car)
not degree of impairment.
There are also two kinds of TCH . There is the active level - and a entity that is kinda like a byproduct of the tch itself. The by product stays longer than the actual TCH which produces the actual feeling.
The cutoff for the byproduct numbers are generally 20- 50/ng
Some debate but as refereence an occisionial user it will stay around 4 days. Frequent/Chroniic (which really translates to what?) 10 days. .
In sum:
difficult to establish a relationship between a person’s THC blood or plasma concentration and performance impairing effects.
their mere presence in body fluids cannot be construed as evidence of impairment.”[3]
