Maybe we'll learn more when they get access to his second cell phone.I find it interesting the journal starts 12/21, but perhaps he recognized he was going to face some conversations with his wife when he did return home.

He was special forces!Did he kill people while serving?
It will be interesting to see when the photos of his family were all taken down from ML's facebook page, as reported by ML's uncle. If they were taken down before the argument with his current wife at Christmas, before he returned to the U.S. for his leave from being stationed in Germany, then it's possible he planned this before he left Germany to come back to the U.S. for the Christmas holiday. If that is the case, then the argument with his wife over his infidelity was likely not instrumental in the actions he took in Las Vegas. He was on some kind of mission.I find it interesting the journal starts 12/21, but perhaps he recognized he was going to face some conversations with his wife when he did return home.
I believe they were taken down before he came home. At least that is how it seemed the uncle worded it. But it could be due to marriage problems. He also took down all his political posts. Once again, the posts could have been an issue with his wife etc?It will be interesting to see when the photos of his family were all taken down from ML's facebook page, as reported by ML's uncle. Looking forward to learning more as the investigation continues.
He mentions specific incidents in his purported manifesto that he might have taken part in.Did he kill people while serving?
The Army is a great career choice, but many Soldiers have no exit strategy. Six months ago ML responded to several comments about this subject on LinkedIn. Not sure how long his profile will be active but linking to both comments and profile below:

He got my attention, but I have no idea what he hoped I would learn about the country’s ills. All I learned is what I already knew - that untreated mental illness can lead to tragic outcomes like this. I can’t fix it, and now he’s dead. Just so senseless, and so sad.@10TV
A soldier who died in an explosion of a Tesla Cybertruck at the Trump hotel in Las Vegas left a note saying it was stunt to serve as “wakeup call” for the country’s ills, investigators said Friday.

Soldier who died in Las Vegas explosion left note saying it was to be a 'wakeup' for country's ills
Matthew Livelsberger, a 37-year-old highly decorated Green Beret from Colorado Springs, Colorado, was identified as the driver of the Cybertruck.www.10tv.com
He was a drone specialist at his last job. The manifesto (IF it comes from him) urges the US authorities to do something about the advanced Chinese drones that have been (in his view) invading the US.He got my attention, but I have no idea what he hoped I would learn about the country’s ills. I think that legally under federal law this could fall under "domestic terrorism." It fits the definition. But that definition is incredibly broad now and could include a LOT of activity. I think they are just choosing to not charge it as such.Yes, the real civilian world is a very tough place, with very few safety nets. I have sympathy for anyone without a safety net struggling out there these days.
Regardless of news reports, the evidence thus far tells me he was a terrorist of sorts, at minimum a suicide bomber. I think the folks in LE are reluctant to call him a terrorist simply because he was active duty military. If he were an average citizen who did the suicide bombing and left behind the manifesto, he would be labeled a terrorist. JMO
Whoa. Did he get set off by the drones being seen in New Jersey? Or did he actually know something? I know we can’t know the answer. I’m just thinking out loud.He was a drone specialist at his last job. The manifesto (IF it comes from him) urges the US authorities to do something about the advanced Chinese drones that have been (in his view) invading the US.
The FBI said at the press conference that they strongly suspect that Livelsberger is the author of the above email manifesto.Shoemate said Friday that he received an email from Livelsberger on Tuesday. According to Shoemate, the email said:
"In case I do not make it to my decision point or on to the Mexico border I am sending this now. Please do not release this until 1JAN and keep my identity private until then.
"First off I am not under duress or hostile influence or control. My first car was a 2006 Black Ford Mustang V6 for verification.
"What we have been seeing with "drones" is the operational use of gravitic propulsion systems powered aircraft by most recently China in the east coast, but throughout history, the US. Only we and China have this capability. Our OPEN location for this activity in the box is below.
"China has been launching them from the Atlantic from submarines for years, but this activity recently has picked up. As of now, it is just a show of force and they are using it similar to how they used the balloon for sigint and isr, which are also part of the integrated coms system. There are dozens of those balloons in the air at any given time.
"The so what is because of the speed and stealth of these unmanned AC, they are the most dangerous threat to national security that has ever existed. They basically have an unlimited payload capacity and can park it over the WH if they wanted. It's checkmate.
"USG needs to give the history of this, how we are employing it and weaponizing it, how China is employing them and what the way forward is. China is poised to attack anywhere in the east coast
"I've been followed for over a week now from likely homeland or FBI, and they are looking to move on me and are unlikely going to let me cross into Mexico, but won't because they know I am armed and I have a massive VBIED. I've been trying to maintain a very visible profile and have kept my phone and they are definitely digitally tracking me.
"I have knowledge of this program and also war crimes that were covered up during airstrikes in Nimruz province Afghanistan in 2019 by the admin, DoD, DEA and CIA. I conducted targeting for these strikes of over 125 buildings (65 were struck because of CIVCAS) that killed hundreds of civilians in a single day. USFORA continued strikes after spotting civilians on initial ISR, it was supposed to take 6 minutes and scramble all aircraft in CENTCOM. The UN basically called these war crimes, but the administration made them disappear. I was part of that cover-up with USFORA and Agent [Redacted] of the DEA. So I don't know if my abduction attempt is related to either. I worked with GEN Millers 10 staff on this as well as the response to Bala Murghab. AOB-S Commander at the time. [Redacted] can validate this.
"You need to elevate this to the media so we avoid a world war because this is a mutually assured destruction situation.
"For vetting my Linkedin is Matt Berg or Matthew Livelsberger, an active duty 18Z out of 1-10 my profile is public. I have an active TSSCI with UAP USAP access."
