NV - Tesla Cybertruck explosion at Trump hotel in Vegas investigated as a possible terrorist act, 1 Jan 2025

I find it interesting ML talks of being tracked but hires the vehicle he did. I don't know much about tesla or even electric vehicles etc but is it not one of the most tracked vehicles out there with its on board systems, camera's and would you need to use a bank card at each electric charging point.

I have no idea! They certainly felt compelled to address the podcast in their presser.

I just wonder which ones ML wrote first? They seem to exhibit changes in writing style. It appears the email was likely written on a computer, even though it was sent from an android. Was he becoming more unhinged? Or did he write the more unhinged stuff first?

After listening to the podcast, I personally, don't feel the word unhinged works for me anymore. I just really really want additional analysis of the second document. But who to trust anymore!!

The accusations of the 2019 attacks and alleged coverup are pretty extraordinary. War Crimes. Should they be heavily scrutinized in Congress? What will be done with that information--even if approved and given more credence by others...
What would happen in 2025?

I would think this is the point if he thought he was being tracked, he WANTED their to be a trail of him and where he was.. cameras inside that car and outside it.. so if someone was going to "get him", it would be on video. I don't think he was running from them, it seems he wanted some info out there and he picked that car thinking it would be traceable to others. This is if it's all true what he said and what he thought. That is why I could see him renting a Tesla. Records of it would be easy to get and hard to cover up.

His belief that he is being followed by the FBI indicates that he is becoming unhinged and paranoid.

The FBI was not following him.

His actions indicate that he is unhinged (killing himself in the vehicle and igniting explosives) and his writing style changes.

Yes you could be right, thank you for helping me see it a different way

The actions of U.S. Army soldier Matthew Livelsberger in the Tesla Cybertruck explosion at President-elect Donald Trump's Las Vegas hotel are "not politically motivated," a former official for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) said.

How come, when he was calling for a military-supported political purge in his manifesto?

It's bull.

As I said before, he was every bit as much a domestic terrorist as the OKC bombers.

He was doing it to try and fix what he saw as a "weak" America.

I don't really care about his TBI or PTSD, what I wrote above is a clearcut political motive.

And a 'former official' of Homeland is just a talking head, not speaking with official power, so I put that in the same category as any other 'former' selling their opinion for $$$$.

MOO

I just thought of something else. It is possible people were following him.. he had a very unique car so I'd think that people might follow to look at it as it is a very odd looking vehicle. Maybe once he was in larger cities people may have been more likely to see them around, but maybe others along the way were curious about this cyber truck. He is already paranoid and thinks people looking/watching or following are maybe the FBI. It seems whatever he believed, he really believed it. :(

I am not into conspriracy stuff either. I think sometimes there are bits of truth in these conspiracy ideas though. I think often there are bits of truth and then people keep going and going and feel like every thing related to an event is part of some bigger plan/plot.. it just keeps getting added to until it's bonkers. That doesn't mean that those things that really were true are now not true, it just means ALL of it isn't accurate.

I think ML really could know about the drones and he really could know about the incidents in Afghanistan that now likely haunted him. He could really have PTSD that he struggled with.. and maybe part of that was what he knows happened in 2019 and his part in it. I also think that as time has went on he has felt he was being followed and that may not have been true at all. It doesn't mean that he didn't have legit concerns about Afghanistan in 2019 or the drones.

I am the last person to be into conspiracy because for a good conspiracy, you have to have a decent group of highly intelligent, organized people who don't talk. Go find such a group. About drones I am totally clueless. I think that overreporting and cluster cases, like it now happens with aviation, can create panic in anyone, though.

What wonders me, however, is very different.

Don't laugh, please, but the years of solar activity so high when you can occasionally see the Aurora Borealis as south as Florida or Southern Wisconsin, shouldn't they have some effect on humans? We live on this earth. Probably everyone is more revved up. But if so, this is a natural phenomena.

I'd never laugh! We all come here to share our ideas and often times most of us don't know much about the things that come up like drones, government activities, and various capabilities our government has, etc.

I think for the drones specifically, ML likely did know what he was talking about. He was educated on it, in a job that he would be working with drones and learning about what the military can do. I think he really might have been right about what he said was going on.

I wouldn't be surprised if weather changes and the solar activity have an impact on people. I have zero understanding of how solar storms create these lights that we can see.. what causes that or what it does to us. Again, I'd never laugh. We all bounce ideas off each other and sometimes we can gain better understanding when someone actually does know more about these things and they can share.

When you see people escalating CT, he likely went to his CO officer with his concerns about the flying stuff off the Atlantic and didn't get anywhere. (There is a dedicated WS thread for the drones, so not gonna mention them here) That's my hunch. I can picture that dynamic. We've all kinda been in a situation where we see something and try to tell people and it doesn't get anywhere.

The Afghanistan stuff is harder because it involves potential war crimes and most people do not feel comfortable talking to a CO about that. So he probably kept that inside.

I believe solar storms create lights via gamma rays and magnetic rays.

The email supposedly from Livelsberger also claimed he was being 'followed' by authorities because he helped cover up 'war crimes' in Afghanistan.

Shoemate said he received the email on December 31 and turned it over to the FBI, but later chose to release it on his friend Shawn Ryan's podcast on Friday.

Email/manifesto in question:

Having read of it, I remembered the stuff that Matt Berg was pestering some police department with on FB (it was posted at the beginning of the thread.)

My questions: first, what was this guy smoking? Seriously. Perhaps he was on a vacation and overused?

Second, TBI or not, but on that FB, bombarding the PD with questions, he comes across as sticky/viscous. Did his trauma leave him with unrecognized seizures?

He is totally unhinged.

IMO he believed that the FBI was after him because he considered himself a whistle blower. He was a conspiracy theorist who didn't trust the authorities (claimed at least two government cover-ups), but believed in the newly elected bunch. Why did he have to check out if things were about to change? IMO he picked the cybertruck because he always wanted to drive one and because exploding one was more dramatic.

BBM - as a side note

As their relationship continued, it became clear to her that Livelsberger was struggling with injuries he sustained in the military. He had two back surgeries from his days as a paratrooper, and he also suffered brain injuries that he kept hidden from his superiors, Arritt said.

And if his desire was to make a loud message, but injure no one... the Tesla was the PERFECT vehicle.

Certainly not disqualifying your opinions, but I just feel I need too much more information to form any opinions yet.

Gosh...the podcasters were even discussing how easy he could have had this vehicle driven to the destination, without being in it!

I just hope more people do start speaking out...

@Tiff23fr thank you for building this...and even down to the minute!!

Is there any evidence that the (alleged) suspect ML searched to determine the blast-containment ability of that vehicle? Or that he had searched its ability to withstand an internal bomb blast or detonation? If it was reported or in the threads I have overlooked it. MOO
No evidence. Either he did or he didn't or maybe "kinda knew" by intuition or "common knowledge". We have no idea.
