I'll say the jury hangs. You?

A unanimous verdict? No, I think one or two of those seven women and five men jurors might still think the husband did it.

Of course, the adamisgay password hardly seems like his father came up with it. Note typo -- she set up that email in September 2014, not 2015.

The colchicine was ordered online from ArtChemicals.com in January 2015. Lisi told the jury that the email address used to order the drug —“[email protected]” — was created on a Yoder clinic office computer in September 2015, only one month after Conley and Yoder broke up for the second time. The account’s password — “Adamisgay” — was created by someone who had a “beef” with Yoder, Lisi said.

The prosecutions power point is now running. Lisi is taking about the gmail acct. created 1 month after Adam "rejects Conley a 2nd time"

Gmail acct created from Chiropractic Family Care on Sept. 15, 2014. A Monday afternoon when only Conley and Mary would have been working

Micaela Parker‏ @OD_Parker · 14h14 hours ago

Lisi says Conley, and Conley alone, was the creator of the account.

Is there any doubt as to who created the account? Lisi says no.

Replying to @OD_Parker

The account password, "adamisgAy" indicates someone had a "beef" with him.

Putting it together as thought I'm on the jury. There's enough circumstantial evidence to see the timing. MOO, planned, premeditated, cold, and evil.

Here's Micaela Parker tweets from the courtroom. Thank You to Micaela for the great coverage of this trial.

She's detailing the relationship between Conley and Adam Yoder, starting in 2012 and lasting about two years.

Ends Aug 2013, Conley isn't happy and Adam starts to distrust her. "But this defendant couldn't just let it go."

Halloween 2013 Conley tried to get Adam Yoder back, but he said no. Conley is currently smiling in the courtroom.

In Nov. 2013 Adam Yoder gets "lengthy and disturbing" text from Conley regarding an ectopic pregnancy, "Conley lost the baby & nearly died"

Lisi says Adam went immediately to Conley, comforted each other and grieved lost of a child.

Lisi says Adam can't abandon her at this time, and remain together through Aug. 2014. But he's not happy. Trust issues, believes she cheated

Split again in 2014.

September 2014 she's setting up that email account. By the end of December 2014 she's trying to order the colchicine. Sometime around April 2015, Adam has a big deal GI bug and is very sick. Three months later, Dr. Yoder died on July 22, 2015.

Thank you, Curious, for keeping us on our toes and soliciting our opinions. As you can see, mine changes daily! But, as you pointed out, Conley first sought to get her hands on some colchicine in 2014! She wasn't mad (YET!) at Dr. Mary, I don't believe. I do think, like some of you guys, that Conley first attempted to poison Adam. Then, when that didn't work, she "hung onto" the colchicine, maybe with the idea that she might try to use it again on Adam, if things continued to "go south." She'd make darned sure it worked the next time, though. But, in her heart (believe it or not, she has one or wouldn't be alive), she really wanted to be loved and cherished by Adam. She wanted to marry him -- and be a part of his family. The only reason she got hold of the colchicine was because Adam didn't seem to be interested in a future with her.

I do believe that Conley has a personality disorder called: "Borderline Personality." (Moo-Moo!) This is just my own opinion! Take it for what it's worth ($00.00)! I don't know anything for certain, and am not qualified to diagnose anyone with anything!

That Adam was doing his best to keep his distance from Conley, also made her angry enough to want to attempt to poison him again, but she never had another opportunity to use the colchicine on Adam. And, there may have been a few occasions where they reunited for a night here and there, and that gave her hope that she could manipulate him to her advantage.

But when Adam rejected her, apparently because he had a new love interest -- Conley knew she was going to lose him. I am not clear if Adam had the new girlfriend before Dr. Mary was poisoned. If he did, and if Dr. Mary was encouraging him in his new relationship, that truly would have have enraged Conley and spurred her into action -- This time with Dr. Mary as her target.

Conley had easy access to Dr. Mary, and working closely with her she could "doctor" her protein shake with colchicine without being caught. Dr. Mary's death would devastate Adam, and drive him back into her clutches -- away from that new woman! She would be in a position where she'd make herself indispensable to the grieving family, too, (who, she now perceived, were rejecting/abandoning her as a likely marriage partner for Adam and a future addition to their family). Her seeming kindness and selfless support of the family in their time of need would restore Conley to her former status. All my opinion only! :moo:

Thanks, Curious, and everyone here for keeping the torch burning for this trial, which surprisingly doesn't seem to have generated much interest among our fellow Websleuths. :dunno:.

Borderline Personality Disorder had crossed my mind (another similarity with Arias). In the disorder, idealization often alternates with devaluation. This pattern seems to appear in Adam's and Conley's unstable relationship as outlined by Lisi in closing.

Conley played mind games to manipulate Adam to come back (long disturbing text about ectopic pregnancy). When Adam left she went into devaluation mode and created the 'adamisgay' password and started to scheme how to get revenge. Yet she still wanted him even though she hated him. This is really twisted but the 'I hate you don't leave me' is a hallmark of the disorder. Then it became a plan to make Adam vulnerable and weak in an attempt to get him back by comforting him (nursing him back to health when ill???). When making him sick was not enough she thought she had to take it up a notch and hurt someone in his family. This plan was short lived as they were intimate the night of the memorial but the relationship ended soon thereafter.

All just my opinion as I am not an expert. I wish the prosecution would have brought in an expert like Dr. Janeen DeMarte, as Juan Martinez did, to delve into Conley's pathology and to bolster the motive outlined in closing.

I'll say the jury hangs. You?

Agree, hung, or she'll even get acquitted. imo I think the defense did a good job trying to instil reasonable doubt. The fact that they asked for clarification on the term indicates that at least some jurors do have doubts as to Conley's guilt.

So -- verdict today?

I don't think so, I think this will take a while. jmo
