Ghislaine Maxwell could spend her 20-year sentence in the low-security facility that was the inspiration for the women’s prison in Netflix’s “Orange is the New Black.”

US Circuit Judge Alison Nathan recommended that Maxwell serve her time in the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Connecticut, a 1000-inmate facility about 55 miles from New York City. Maxwell’s lawyers requested she be sent to Danbury following her sentencing on Tuesday.

It doesn't look like there are too many fun activities at that one. Training SAR dogs? Growing vegetables? Working out on the track?
And, IIRC, sex offenders aren't allowed programming outside the fence (maybe this is another way of saying they aren't eligible for minimum security or camps).

Actually, it's more intimidating than I thought it would be for "low".

Prince Andrew is basically immune to any "real" consequences. Maxwell has been sentenced.

There IS Peter Nygard and his cases. I'm certain these guys all "island hopped" together and shared all kinds of things. How could they all be living in these locations, living the same lifestyle and not know each other?? Sick birds of a feather...

Proving sexual assault, abuse, child-related crimes is difficult as we've seen. It's also humiliating, exhausting and draining. Not to mention the sentence is never enough, justice almost doesn't exist and no amount of financial compensation will ever take away the complete and utter rage of having been victimized.

These other players in this game are probably playing right now somewhere on a yacht without a care in the world.

You and me, along with the rest of the "randos" out there are not privy to this information. The government has spoken, IMO of course. Watch ( or read through ) this trial thread. There were many items not discussed, or allowed in this trial...because they would have been "on the record" . This was agreed upon by the DA, the Maxwell defense team as well as the judge. Some secrets are to remain secret.
