I am so hoping the LE investigation turns up some clues today regarding Jennifer...

I had LE get my cell records, which had to be done through subpoena, but I don't remember how long it took. I was threatened though, not MISSING. In a case like this, can't the Cell carrier speed this process up??"He added that investigators are in the process of obtaining subpoenas in order to examine her telephone records."

Her phone could very possibly provide some direction here,..how long do these subpoena's take to get?

If I recall correctly, the Officers got right on the phone with the cell company, and the pertinent info was released to LE, maybe faxed over to them. The actual paper log of calls took days, but i'm nearly certain that the calls/texts of concern were given to LE immediately. One would think! :what:

I'm over 45, and the memory's going.... but i'm pretty sure about this!
Anyone able to back me up here?
Anything is possible, sure. But in my case, the records were obtained for incoming and outgoing texts.
There was no need for the other party's consent.
So Jennifer had made friends in the online gaming world...through her iphone, etc. Could she have agreed to meet one of these...or maybe she had met up with them before? I am just trying to figure it out.
I don't know why I don't feel anything against the hubby. I usually do in these cases. I think maybe Jennifer was going through a little life adjustment. The last child had started school, Jennifer was getting older, and maybe she felt bored or felt that life was leaving her behind. Its easy to feel this way as a stay-at-home mom.
Do we know which side of the road her cell phone was found?
looking at the case map it sure would seem that she was headed to the mall! (now I need to revise my "theory")
